Root [ROM][CM11][4.4.4][FOR][Exhibit][T599x]

Ok I search the app in Google play and I look the reviews in the app since update 8/27/14 the app is unstable let wait for update
 
so i forgot to report lol. the youtube not working was happening since 4.4.2. in 4.4.2, i used youtube for about a 1.5 month after that its stop working completely. i tried from reinstaling it to wipe cache of the app. luckely the broswer(dolphin browser) version still worked on the phone. then i decided to update my phone to 4.4.4 because i wanted youtube back which it workd fir about another 1.5 months and youtube stop working last week. i do wanna mention that i dont usually update youtube due unstable realises so yeah.

YouTube has always worked for me. No matter if I was using cm11, vanir or aokp.
 
YouTube failed on me around a week ago but I got it working again. Pretty simple really or I could just be a dumb ass and am way off. Anyway, what worked requires 2 Google accounts present on your phone. Followed a link to YouTube while rolling my eyes thinking "yeah right. This won't play. Why did I click that link?" Upon arrival I was prompted to select the account to use on YouTube. Instead of option 1 or 2, I chose the cancel button and browsed the app with no account and it worked! I immediately went to the mobile site via chrome and same thing. So I figured I'd better sign in and see wtf.... no issues going on 48 hours. Hooray me
 
I love this rom but battery life sucks. Im usually not able to charge my phone til night and im up around 5 am and not back til bout 6 pm. Is there any custom kernel for this rom/phone to conserve battery life ?

See if can turn off your data that will save battery I will have a build soon with meticulus workaround for YouTube

There are no custom kernels for the phone. You could try going to the performance option in settings somewhere and maybe change your governor and min and max cpu speed and see if that helps.
 
For that ppl that is using this ROM and YouTube still don't work you can try this app in Google play it will sync with your account and you can watch YouTube here pic for the app

i will try this because i do use two accounts. thanks for your tip. sometimes the complicated thnigs have an easy fix:laugh:
