no complaints here sir, actually very greatful and thankful for everyones help and hard work on this long road to get cm7 and a kernel on our phones.. without our awesome devs, and testers, and the various input from everyone, i wouldnt be this happy to have an android that puts other phones to shame.. many thanks to shabby, req0, gbig, paris, everyone on the forum! without you all, id be going back to sayin fck it all n carry a pager lol

E: cant mount cache, cant open previous log.. somethin wrong with the cache file system? i dunno.. reinstalling apn backup, updating su, and reinstalling titanium backup to get all my stuff back n see if my tethering still works.. this has been hell trying to get this running and typing without swype..

I got that same error before, screwed something up somehow. Never figured out what it was but I reflashed CWM and it was fine after that.

i can do that, gimme a few to pull everything i have n get it up there..

2hrs upload alpha5 on tether, so got a wifi connection albeit a shtty one.. 15mins +/-..
 
Yea req, your mediafire is trippin dude, keeps saying restarting download , reloads the page and never downloads, keeps doing the same thing over and over again
 
I'd upload the other files if I had wifi :( but apparentlly, I lack the funds to pay my Verizon FIOS bill. :p

We need to get someone to host this stuff on their server for some nice direct download service... I had a godaddy account, but unfortunately due to my career change as bum, I couldn't continue my yearly dues! :(

Other than that... after a few hours of downloading to my netbook with easy tether on my Boost Prevail I was able to install all this to the Admire.. so far no problems... I have tried a few things with the camera... I even tried taking the miui camera from the cm7beta5 on the prevail... that was a shot in the dark though... I guess I will hunt down the specs for the Admire and see if I can't find another ported CM7 rom that was close to the Admire.. or am I way off track on this, req0?

Anyways, just exceited to help and feel like I'm finally getting somewhere with this Admire my girl has..

Doesn't have anything to do with the APK's, has everything to do with the camera libraries. Since I know what is causing the MMS issues (the APN fiasco) and I've fixed it in my local build tree, I'm working on figuring out the libcamera issues, once I've gotten it to a point where I'm okay with it, I'll build everything up, as well as update the CWM/Kernel package, and upload everything and we'll officially be beta.

i should upload the original cwm5.0.2.7? i pushed it with odin, and rebooted to cwm..2.7 and tried to reflash monster4.. when it booted it came back to the alpha5 and not the monster.. soo.. i dunno.. my stuff only works because i have to follow directions lol and im not too good at that sometimes either..
 
so now i have text/data, all my apps, anything i need to do/edit to anything at this point in time? and how do i keep the playstore from force closing?
 
CWM 5.0.2.7 is a question better left for requisite, or another dev. If it is ODIN push I will link the original thread later

Got it working, had to replace adw launcher with launcherpro, now my admire is flying .. a lot faster/smoother. I suggest everyone install launcher pro
 
Confused.. thought you were asking for the original cwm.. and I had swype backed up in TB, restored app,data, and it force closes.. anyone know how to fix swype and market?
