Is these the files you need. The Launcher2.apk one?

ur trying to install the default launcher.
lockscreen is located within the android framework, so its a little tricky to extract it.
I _may_ port the lockscreen over as an addon, but at this point I dont think I'll have it native in OAx.x.
We'll see tho. ;)

Yeah, I knew it was the launcher, but I asked for the lockscreen and he quoted me with that link so I figured I would give it a shot. Oh well, no biggie :)

You need to do some good reading up on updater-scripts and update-binary files. Google holds the key. ;) And when learning the ropes of proper cwm zip formation and edify/ammend scripting, it helps to look at a few other developers scripts to read and understand the process.

I use this program to create my 4G icons and when I use it on the rom It gives me erorr status 6 then I re wrote it and change it and it gives me missing part?? Lol I look at it again when I come back from the water park

look up the error code ;)

Further hint: what are you using to edit/create the updater-script?
 
forget AMEND, FORGET IT!! Use edify. Far as your updater, til you can learn how to create or write your own, grab one of the available ROMs and look at their updater. ;)

rofl! So true m8. :) But he should learn it anyhow, just to know the difference, and to better understand the improvements to edify. :D


He needs to also be using Notepad++, for everything.
I think he's running into EOL issues using Notepad. Need to convert that shiyt to unix EOL using notepad++.

And def. yes, feel free to snag my updater-script and update-binary for use. The binary should be compatible with 5027 and 5028.

well if hes on windows yea, if on linux gedit or nano works great ;)

Thank you Boraichee!! :) ima re do the whole system cause i was using beats when i made the system directory

Ima wait till i get my new admire my volume keys are mess up may take 5 days before i send it to you Boraichee :)
