Here ya go folks, GingerEsteem Extreme II built from ZVC!!! It has been debloated, deodexed, and tweaked for better performance and speed.

GingerSteem Extreme II w/ Plague Kernel What is this? This is a lightweight ROM built both for speed and stability. This ROM is based off of the LG's ZVC update to Gingerbread. It is fully deodexed, and debloated.

How do I install this?
  • 1.) Download the .zip & copy to phone or sdcard (make sure 4g or wifi is enabled if dl'd from phone).
  • 2.) Zip can be installed from either internal or external sd in CWM
  • 3.) MAKE A BACKUP
  • 4.) WIPE DATA!!! WIPE CACHE!!! WIPE DALVIK!!!
  • 5.) Go to install zip from sdcard
  • 6.) Select GSE-C-vx_signed.zip
  • 7.) Reboot

how do i fix the govner not sticking problem? do i have todo it manually or is there an updated GSE with it
 
PG In the mean time you could always put out an Alpha Rom without the Kernel, just like LD-LG Alpha2 for ZVD and GSE2or3 Alpha for ZVD
 
I updated to D and flashed GSEII, works perfect, just one problem, the HDMI works at times but the majority of the time it doesn't, its aggravating me lol . can you fix this by any chance ? or should I just downgrade to C ?


. . . . never mind, just realized that the .zip file I've saved on my SD was the old version not the fixed HDMI one lol
 
Seeing as i don't have wifi at home. I was wondering if im able to download this straight to my phone. So can I? :o

Im currently on ZVB right now.. so can I flash GSE II instead of GSE for the LDK_ICK? srry for off topic..:(

Yeah flash the ROM first
Then the theme

Not sure if you have but make backup first-every phone is different. Some have no problems with certain ROMS or Themes and some do. It IS it's own animal;)

nvm i flashed the theme first, it camed with GSE. no problems yet. Thanks for your answers gbiggie, Good night:):)
