If the regular download isn't working, always check the builds made by the server, in the "SVN_Nightly" folder. Not only is there a chance that it works. There is also a chance for a newer build, as in this case. If you have trouble navigating the filehost site, take note of the file path above the lust of downloads. Clicking any one of the different parts of it, takes you to different sections of the site.
 
Question (been searching for two days and haven't even seen it mentioned):

The HTC Rezound and Sensation XE both come with beats headphones. The beats audio is limited to the use of the beats headphones that come with the phone. Normal headphones do not offer the same sound improvements on those devices.

Does this ROM function the same way or is the beats audio codec independent of the headphones?

It's actually all software that does it. The sound quality is definitely noticeable and i normally use dsp. The headphones are nothing new, it's the software that matters.

Edit: its the reason it only works via htc music even on those two phones.

I use skullcandy titans, but this was taken while using a generic aux to rca cord on my home stereo.

Hahaha. Yeh, thats how its SUPPOSED to be, but Virus said "screw you" and now all headphones are beats headphones. Give it a whirl and you'll see. :-D

2. In TB hit menu > More > Clean up the Dalvik cache ... > OK
3. Reboot
4. Install Music from Market
5. Good to go

Question: Is there anything available that gives me Beats Audio support like in the Rezound, without a full custom ROM? It's for my wife, so she wants me to change as little as possible!

To be honest, at the moment the rom looks bone stock, I havent posted stock screenshots yet, so she won't think much of it changed. If flash it for her and show her what it looks like. She might actually like it. Virus was the first to port beats to another phone. It's not something you could really flash as you would a theme.
 
I'm currently running [GB][2.11.605.3 ?][Sense3.5]BAMF SoaB v1.0 and I'm trying to figure out advantages/disadvantages to switching to InfectedROM Eternity. Can anyone that has used both give me a few quick pros to switching (aside from BEATS)?

Imo, second hand knowledge sucks. Flash and find out for yourself. Its one of the biggest reasons those "Which ROM is better" or "What ROM should I use" threads are so filled with fail. Ill give you the same advice I give whenever that question is asked.

Try it out. No two phones are the same, and neither are two people. What you may like, others may not and what others dont lie, you may.
 
I did a full wipe with this ROM...but when I try to install a app from the market it reboots when it goes to install it...

Any ideas?...

There's an issue being worked on. The work around for now is to flash 121 and then dirty flash the latest build. It's being fixed.
 
Wow I have never had this much trouble from a rom before. First boot froze on boot animation, second boot locked up installing netflix, third boot got crazy keyboard lag and it locked up. Its sitting here locked up now and I am typing this from my pc.

I am really interested in seeing what the beats audio hype is about but damn I cant even use the phone for 5 minutes. I did a full wipe, I mean wiped everything and i am still having it lock up on me. Any ideas why it keeps locking up
 
I took out the battery and restarted it. It keeps freezing up when it is installing my apps from the market that I have backed up on my google account.

SMDH. This ROM seems to only work for those smart enough to flash it. The fact that I wont have to help you with things that are already posted about works for me. Good luck with all that, although, Im not sure if youll actually be able to flash another ROM.
 
Thought it would be interesting testing out a ROM in the development stage. I have read the thread twice. Flashed 129, still getting TIB hangs and Market downoad reboots. I must be one of the stupid ones. Don't know what a "dirty flash" is. Anyway, if there is an easy fix, feel free to suggest.
