Root Rom Issues

I have my Lg Ally rooted and the ROM is velocity v1.1. Basically all I want is an easy way to get the stock froyo ROM that came with the phone. No goodies no nothing. I don't understand how to install ROMs the hard way. All I did was download velocity v1.1 put it on my sd card put it into recovery wiped the data and dalvik cache. My phone is laggy now and I just want the orignal software back as easily as possible.

Yes I did try to look for it already, all the links I found were broken. Much appreciated.

By "that the phone came with" do you mean un-rooted? Or just stock firmware still with root?

Edit: Or Use Dautley's His is actually a little more up to date than mine.
However if you use both of these threads mine can get you completely stock.
