Looks awesome. I'm working on an update for the kernel with a lower minimum brightness value and some real gpu overclocking. Just so you all know, stock value is 266 MHz and I'm planning on a 10 to 15% boost. More updates to come in the kernel thread.

Hopefully GPU OC wont blowup the device, mine gets real hot playing medium usage of gaming after like 30 min but well see how it is

That's why I'm not going more than 10-15% it would overheat the phone and cause major damage. With gpu oc, cpu overclock to 1.8 probably wouldn't be needed. From what I've seen, performance actually decreases at 1.8 on my Spec.

Yeah I only oc to 1.566 GHz oc isn't needed unless for benchmarking or if your phone is in high demand and you need lots of performance, can't wait till your next update!

Theoretically, our GPU can be overclocked to 400 MHz. I certainly won't set it that high though. If I can get it done by the next update, I'll probably drop cpu oc to 1728 MHz. I don't want people to melt their phone.

If I play Zenonia5 while charging with my custom charge cable, I get up to 145 deg F. on the CPU in about 35 min.

The supposed to be 3800 mAh battery lasts a full 6 hours in Airplane mode with WiFi on.

Great work on this development. You guys ROCK...:D

Dear god... This is smooth. Status bar and the theming is great, az and Brian, many many thanks! For those of you nitwits that haven't run this yet, just do it and make you phone the best it will be at the moment on a stock rom.

Here's a screenie of the one quick benchmark I took.

downloaded and flashed your newest because I wanted to check out the progress...It has been sitting on the boot animation for quite some time now. I know that new flashes always take longer on boot animation screen, but this one seems to be hanging. I guess it could be a bad downlaod, but I didn't know if anyone else had this problem or maybe just waited and it eventually booted??

I had a hung boot when I first flashed it. Try flashing an older version and then dirty flash over top.

just found out that gimp can do batch process, now much easier to resize the battery icons, also got center clock going, and some more CM10.1 icons also, will release new version in a little bit, might make my own boot animation..

Hey Azoller,

I was looking through your update script and it looks pretty good. You could change the boot.img install section to just this though:

Code:
package_extract_file("boot.img", "/dev/block/mmcblk0p8");

It would simplify it a little bit and maybe help with the hung boot issue.

yeah i also thought that would help, thanks for that, and does your kernel support ZRAM?

I don't think it does yet. If it does, it's not something I did. Honestly, the Spec doesn't really need zram, though. It does support KSM (kernel same-page merging).

PS. I'm testing a small update to the kernel right now. If it works, I'll post a link here and update the OP in the kernel thread.
