Root [ROM] Max SuperROM v2.7a {updated 7/10/14}

No, so far that gets rid of it. Do you have a way to permanently disable it?

You could try deleting the following and rebooting

/system/lib/libsrsprocessing.so
/system/etc/srs (the whole directory)

Make sure you have a backup first in case things go terribly wrong lol

Apparently the screenshot didn't upload. So attempt number 2..

Have you turned on gravitybox status bar colors? That may make it turn blue. Is everyones blue?

edit: and you said yours is not always blue. What makes it turn blue?

I have gravity box colors turned off. And its not always blue. I am using the android theme manager module to change my battery icon and time color.

What makes it turn blue? How often is it blue vs white?

Does anyone else have a blue 3G icon? If not it may be one of the modules you have installed.

I have no idea what makes it turn blue. And it was doing it before I had any modules installed

I already made a suggestion on how to fix SRS in post #76.

Did you try the white 3G fix yet?

I tried the fix and it did not work. I renamed the files. All I can say is I'm glad I made a backup first. All it did was freeze on the boot screen.

Speaking of boot screen, where is the animation located? I would like to change it to my liking.

I installed the 3g icon fix as well. I will test it for a few days and see if it still turns blue and let you know.

Thanks for everything bro.

Unfortunately, that is a recovery issue, not a rom issue. I don't own this device so I won't be able to help much. You could try to use Nandroid Manager from within the rom and see if it will let you restore from there. There is also a generate md5 option in Nandroid Manager. Possibly if you generate a new one it will let you restore it. That's about all I have at the moment. Good luck :)

Please provide a link to the apn zip you flashed so I can see what it did to your device.

did you have time to see about the link....i been without my phone for 3 days and it kills me...

This mod should:
1. Search and edit appropriate lines in build.prop
2. Reset the telephony databases (first boot will take a few)
3. copy + correct apns-conf file
4. Add / update the eri.xml file

ok give me a sec.thank you for your help...i will donate 20 dollars if you can fix it

Boot to PhilZ recovery, wipe data/factory reset, reflash rom. The zip only messes with /system and /data so this will sort you out ;)

still no data
edit: phone wont contact network to get coverage for self activation..... is there away to restore those files that was changed that i mentioned earlier
