Root [ROM] MidnightRom: Sense 1.5.4

New version of SuperSU was just posted, so I put it in the ROM and am gonna start the upload again.

Might get high speed internet back again.....not sure >.<

If anyone could PM be about the rules in this forum about donate links, it would be much appreciated. I'm jw.
 
Im half way, downloading, v.1.1.0, it's taking me forever downloading from minus :(

are you going to update with a newer version or im ok with the one already downloading?

By the way, which ISP you will be getting?
 
So this is the one we should use it downloaded it the other day then I seen you were scrapping it, I'm downloading 1.1 now

You're okay with the ROM you're downloading now. Just there's a few live wallpapers missing, and supersu/busybox isnt updated, but busybox and supersu can all be updated through the market.

And I just realized that I put a very old build number in the about section xD Oh well. Doesn't make a difference really. Will be fixed in the next.


I'm trying to get local ISP. They're pretty good I've heard.

And HOPEFULLY I can get a goo.im account, that way I can switch form minus...it's going incredibly slow today with uploading (even over 3G...and thats saying something)
 
I could mirror the rom @ mediafire, im already playing with the new updated rom, running smooth like always, good work.




People should get faster downloads speeds with that mediafire mirror.

OKAY....finally think I got everything well again...This will be the update coming soon (from the one posted, not the one I was uploading...last night T_T)

Removed operator tab (Virgin Mobile tab) from launcher
Removed browser bookmarks
Changed default browser homepage to google
Changed default mail signature from "Sent from my Virgin Mobile Android-Powered Device" to "Sent from my HTC Evo 4G"
Changed one auto text to "Text messaging during exams is AWESOME =D" (just because...lol)
Removed extra Virgin Mobile ringtones in settings
Fixed some XML errors
Fixed missing wallpapers
Fixed missing live wallpapers
Fixed voicemail..<-- THIS WAS A PAIN IN THE ASS TO FIGURE OUT! Holy freaking crap....Apparently, if you change the phone name to the Evo 3D instead of "HTCEVO4G" to fix app compatibility (in the build.prop), it screws up voicemail. WHY? I HAVE NO FREAKING IDEA, AND TOOK ME 4 HOURS TO FIX >_<
Fixed a compression error with some apks

If you would of worked on my modded one I did for you the voicemail would of been fixed ;) lol

Lol. After all the problems with it, it was just one tiny line of code in the build.prop >.< Pain in the butt lol



The latest version has been uploaded. I'm just waiting on xploPR to put it up on mediafire, and I'll link it in the thread

I backed up just my data in recovery and restored it after flashing the update. All my apps are there and homescreens are still set up the way I had it.
 
I thought you removed the VM tab from the app drawer?

Btw, the boot animation is better with the music it's supposed to play with :P
 
Hey dakman, is it possible you could add Dolby and 5.1 and where you can use the audio mods without a headset?
And I think there might be a problem with dsp manager cause nothing was making any difference.
