He's usually updated after a new anthrax release and there hasn't been one. edit: actually a new version was released on 11/1.

SetCPU is nice as it can change the settings under different circumstances. Battery level, what app is active, plugged in or not, etc. SetCPU does support dual core, it just sets each to the same settings.

Kernel tuner is getting quite annoying to deal with, just updated to version 3.2 so i hope that helps, unless someone else knows any other solutions?

Would you mind sharing (if it isn't too much to ask) the settings you have changed to get those high scores?

I get around 3100 with with MidnightRom 1.3.5.

I have determined the problem of the phone dropping its max speed to 384mhz randomly to be with the Anthrax kernel.

I flashed the Mac kernel to my phone and the problem hasn't happened since.
 
To the people with kernel tuner issues...every screen shot I see is of an older version, have y'all tried to update it? V3.2 is out....could also be an init.d or post boot script that's messing with things
 
Ive been loving the setcpu, kernel tuner was sucking my battery even after updating it, plus no reason to let money go to waste and not use what i usually use. My only question is now, does the senseless version kill much features compared to the regular? This is my first htc phone, and i like the layout, but have no clue what im losing when sense is taken away.
 
Since update I can't call without having data turned on. Any thoughts? Used to keep data off now I have to keep it on or calls don't get through.
 
It's the systemUI app. You can't remove or kill that app, else your phone will freak out and possibly not load up. I can't say I've ever used leedroid tweaks for changing the battery, I just do it myself by extracting the apk on my pc, and finding the right files and overwriting them with mine. You could always try uot kitchen, just be sure to make a backup of your Rom. Just in case
 
thanks prinny. I was able to hide the battery icon in leedroid, then enable battery text style and got the results I wanted. the whole time I thought it was some app I installed... it was there from the beginning!

Works for me using Juice Defender having all of my data off , the only thing that you should need on for phone calls is mobile network.
 
xthedakmanx - Any plans to include the update that was just pushed to "fix" the radio interface shortage bug on the VM stock rom in the next update?

Unfortunately I don't think that this is being actively developed, I have had to manually update the Anthrax kernel 3 times since the last rom update. He used to make a new version available the same day that anthrax got an update. Bummer, hopefully he's just taking a break and will be back soon.
 
Hey whats the difference between the first version and the "Senseless" version? Getting a 3D soon and i'm scouting for the best rom to use :)
