Root [ROM] MidnightRom: Sense 1.5.4

Alright, was just curious. And lastly for now, where are the boot animation files located? I'd like to swap for another one I have?.
 
Updated from 1.29 and now getting UI stopped message every 5 seconds and Calendar is missing and Dolby missing, any suggestions? Also status bar missing ...

Backup everything using titanium backup (if you can) and do a full wipe. (system, data, cache, boot, etc) and reinstall.

Calender was removed and replaced with google calender (easier to use, and backs up your calender online automatically)

Dolby wasn't working correctly with some new updates, so it was removed a while back
 
WIFI won't turn on ..keeps trying and Tether doesn't work ...doesn't broadcast signal...I have the settings right (GENEREC ICS WLAN 0 ETC ETC)

I put the 11/21 update in the root of the SD as instructed and during boot it said "android is upgrading" and counted thru 212 apps

did I do something wrong?

Wiped data and davlik caches before flash

new SU works good ...goo manager runs good

after trying 30 tether apps I don't think I'll ever get one to work...ha

please advise

- backup with Tianium with no problems
- full wipe
- reinstalled

...... fixed and back to normal .... thanks a million and will def' will hit with a donation

So I normally use the HTC sense calendar/agenda widget because I like the monthly view and the synchronization features, but with this update if I try to use it it crashes sense. Is this because you removed the calendar and replaced it with google's?
 
Also, kernel tuner hasn't been working for me with this rom, or maybe it's just a glitch but when I'm in the main menu, it shows the 2nd core as offline, but when I set the cpu frequencies, it shows it as online. I'm not sure if it's just showing it as offline or its actually turning it off but for now I'm using a different app to manage my cpu. It'd be nice if we could get kernel tuner working though.

Curious, but what app? And I believe its a kernel tuner issue, as I've seen that on about 6 roms I've used so far.
 
It's the HTC calendar widget that crashes sense. After it's placed on a pane and you try to press on a date or appointment it crashes sense, causing a short black screen and a reboot of sense. It may be trying to reference an app that's not there is what I'm thinking.
 
Ok I've had this issue for a while, I will get a notification sayin I have a new text message but when I open the default apk and go SMS pro, I don't see a new text
 
What is the difference between this and the senseless? I know its sense3.6, but what are advantage of having it or not having it other than you can dial codes to access menus?
