Root [ROM] MidnightRom: Senseless

Does anyone else have a problem with CPU frequencies being set to the minimum randomly? By default the Max was set as 1.296 GHz and the Minimum was set as 486 MHz and that's what I want to keep, but every once in a while I notice some lag and I go check the settings and it says both the max and minimum are set at 384 MHz with 1 core asleep. It's kind of annoying to keep changing it, so I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this and/or how can I fix this?

[edit] I looked at the other MidnightRom thread and it seems to be an Anthrax issue... I flashed the Mac Kernel and everything has been working fine =)

I have also experienced this issue... I use Tasker to set profiles when the screen goes off and when it is unlocked... haven't had an issue since...

Where can I find other kennels for this phone? Specifically the the Mac Kernel?
 
Switched to senseless last night and love it. Seems a lot snappier, and more visually pleasing. Only thing I miss is my weather lockscreen, but it's worth the loss.

Max overclock default kernal. Don't know antutu scores, so I don't know if this is good. I know the gs3 gets like 13k.

Hi , I have some problems with this ROM. Black Market Alpha doesn't work over 3g / 4g, only wi fi. Battery doesn't last much at all ( mb 2 hours ). Also some strange connection issues , plus I am not sure that the new radio that I installed as it was advised at the original post ( 1.09.00.0706 ) is better than the 0.97.10.0530. Do you guys think problems I mentioned above are normal or do you think something is wrong ? I am about to install some different ROM , just not sure which one

Maybe I should just reflush the radio back to 0.97.10.0530 ?

First off we dont support pirated software, please support the dev of an app.

Your radio is fine. Wipe everything and reflash

I'm trying to get PS3 controller to work with this rom. The sixaxis checker says it appears to be compatible, but then can't be found.
Does PS3 support not work with Bluetooth? Only work with USB? Would I need a mini-a to mini-b cord?
 
You need to remap the PS3 controller. It works via bluetooth, but you need a program to use on your PC to change the MAC Address of the controller.

You need a powered cable, unfortunately the Evo V doesn't supply power natively for I / O on the usb port. Look here for more info : http://androidforums.com/showthread.php?p=5000223

Hmm yeah I used SixaxisPairTool to change the mac address, yet the phone just constantly listens for device while lights on the controller are flashing.
If it is possible though, must be something I'm doing wrong. Will keep trying tonight after work.
 
Ok, I've had this a couple days now, and I think I'm comfortable enough to start overclocking/underclocking. Do I need to install SetCPU, or do I do it within the rom itself?
 
Got another question for y'all (since it was suggested that I ask it here).
Normal Screenshots (power button & home button, or power plus volume down) at do not work after I rooted with this rom. Is there another one step method for doing them, or do I have to download a rooted app for it?
