Root [ROM] Mobster/Barebones V1.6 --- 10/17/12( NEW BLUE THEME!!!)

I think a rom with as little sense as possible that is smaller and all still works would be awesome! Btw is the weather lock screen patch posted?

not yet. Might not get a chance to do it til later on in the afternoon. Its a real easy fix. But I do work a normal 9-5. It just depends on how busy it is here @ work
 
I haven't forgot about the weather lock screen. Just got a lot going on right now. I'm moving this weekend. I'm also working on what I think will be a HUGE update.
 
I love the blue theme, you should do the scaled back version, then give the option for both. Maybe throw in a green theme ;)
 
What is the MAX overclock I can run on this rom? I am Rooted and running Midnight rom ATM and it works decent but has a rebooting issue with the rom so its not 100% stable. I would like 1.5 overlocking to be an option MINIMUM I want 1.404GHZ just cause GTA 3 runs smoother at 1.5 GHZ... can you let me know if i can overclock this? and do i gotta do that 4EXT?? I dont even know what that is.
 
cant wait for the HUGE update im really!!! really!!! looking forward to it,dont let me down,i know it might take a bit to fully polish.see if mobster will help since this is such a great idea.

i was clocked at 1.7 for about 5 hours for beta test and it ran fine,my kernel was mac kernel,it was with heavy use and benchmarks 3986 quadrant. good luck you be perefect at 1,5
but i have it underclocked for max battery at 754 it it runs smooth as butter

Yes you can overclock provided you use another Kernel. IMO you dont need it. Honestly. You can always use the performance governor of you need a boost Try the ROM stock with the kernel it comes with. and If still think you need overclocking Then I would reccomend JMZ kernel.

4ext is recovery. Not a overclocking tool

Does JMZ have sweep to wake ability ? I use that a lot with the mack kernel.
Also there seems to be a delay when opening the messaging APP is there a setting I can Tweak for it to be smother ? I already set rosie to smothest and installed spare parts in the app drawer and set it to fast. I'm running 1.5 because I like the status bar.
 
Get rid of spare parts. And put Rosie tweaks to normal. That will get rid of lag
I just flashed 1.5 to test that issue to see if i could replicate your issue . I have zero lag
 
Heading home now. I will have it up around 7pm eastern
And hope to have the weather lock screen added as to the OP as well. I have been extremely busy . As long as my 3 year old cooperates we are all good
