I have added a new Previous Versions section in the second post. I have excluded 1.0.1 since 1.0.2 is the same except the Dual-Core Mod was fixed. I have also excluded 1.0.4 since 1.0.4.1 is the Same but the Installation was rewritten and the Invisible Location OFF was added

Mobz, Has the Dual-Core mod implemented in build 1.0.5 or will I have to reinstall 1.0.2 then to 1.0.5?

I'll try something that i think might help but it seems your error is boot.img related which if i remember correctly nobody with S-ON was able to flash this Rom through Flashable zip and get past the White Htc Screen the Nandroid Install fixed that but there was an issue with that behind the scenes

That is my understanding as well. To fix this shouldn't S-ON users extract boot.img and use fastboot to flash it?

Code:
fastboot flash boot /Mobster_Rom_V_1.0.5/boot.img

The Dual-Core Mod has been in all the versions since 1.0.1

When i make a new version i just build on top of the last release like 1.0.5 is built from 1.0.4.1 which is built from 1.0.4 which is built from 1.0.3 and so on.......

Mobz, You're just too HOT!!! LOL thanks bro!

when i flashed the nandroid yesterday i did restore the data, still got that issue.

i restored my backup and it was fine.

today, i tried to flash 1.0.5 and it worked but stays on white HTC screen forever.

i have s-off. not sure what the problem is.

restored my backup again for now.
I had the same problem. (I have S-OFF and unlocked boot loader) I was able to finally flash it once I did a install of the Deodexed Stock ROM and flashed on top of it. So it would be

Factory Reset
Install stock deodexed ROM
Boot
Go back into recovery and wipe Cache and Dalvilk Cache
Then install Mobster's ROM (1.0.5 at the moment)

Any one notice a difference in battery notification icon and settings power battery level, mine differ by six per cent, I'm still on 1.0.4.1, just wondering? Will try battery calibrating again and full cycle

Mine is like that. Right now my battery status in the notification bar says 19% and my system says 13%.

What size battery are you using?

Edit: Now it says 10% in the notification bar and 9% in the system.

man yall have been having so much trouble with installs >.> i havent had a single install issue yet xD, just been looking at the features.

Weird mine is right on.....

I follow the same instructions you guys follow to install the Rom.....

Are you guys using different batteries?

You could try recollaborating your battery

On extreme heavy usage, about 16 hours. Moderate-heavy use, 20 hours, light use, 30+ hours.

No the wipe didn't work.

Wow that last long......

And weird its not a Rom problem since the Batterystats.xml and the pngs for the battery icons are correct i'll see if theres anything I can do about that

I just wanted to say this also worked for S-ON, where as going straight from stock did not get past the HTC screen.

Just check cause I was curious but it turns out the Evo V supports up to 4 touch points on the screen that's why its so good :)

I'm using the og battery it came with, used battery calibration app after flashing, this cycle I'm at 6 % and about to hit 11hours, difference is at two % now

Yes you have to be rooted...and why do you need 2? I'm a really heavy user and 4000mAh is plenty for me :/

I bought batteries off ebay, 2 batteries and 2 backs. The good part is that I am able to leave one at home and one in my office.

The real reason is that I take motorcycle touring trips, upto 9 days when I am able to. I should be able to change off the bike while riding, but it is nice to have spare batteries. These phones have allowed me to not need a laptop or even the 7inch tablet I used to take with me.

So far I haven't used the extended, because I can't carry it easily and the stock battery life has been sufficient.

Nandroid backup for the new release? im s-on.

That method was removed due to an unforeseen issue which will plague the world until the end of time as we know it

Seriously though try this (its also been added o the troubleshoot section)

- If your having trouble installing try this alternate instructions:

1 Factory Reset
2 Install stock deodexed ROM
3 Boot
4 Go back into recovery and wipe Cache and Dalvilk Cache
5 Then install Mobster Rom V
