Root [ROM] Mobster Rom HD/Lite - 031513

Im trying to flash 1.0.9 . but the kernel is just named kernel. there is no boot.img????. how do i flash it.. I have S-ON.. I enjoy 1.0.8. I just flashed it...lol.

That's the Anthrax kernel if you look under the Mods section in the 2nd post the Power Kernel is there i modifyed it to revert the modules Anthrax changes

- LeeDroid app was Removed since Most of Sense was removed and it no longer had any effect...... only lead to bootloops
 
OK installed 1.1, booted, and guess what?.....Wifi works now LOL no clue what was the deal unless possibly it was the leedroid or something causing it.

BTW, love the boot animation Mobs

Awesome did you notice the bump from 269MB to 272MB between 1.0.9 and 1.1 thats because 1.1 fuses Power Kernel and Anthrax together making it "Anthrax Powered Kernel" lol did you read the Updater-script at the end when it was installing lol

Edit: How do you guys like the new File Explorer it even has Root Access ;)

are you able to toggle 4g on and off? and try rebooting, does i6t get stuck on upgrade?? just flashed 1.1 and still get these errors might have to s off myself
 
I had Wi-Fi issues the other day I had to format all period except sd and wipe system and cache And not install custom kernel with a s-on phomne

From the PC. This is what the guys in the chat for the s-off site told me. Apparently the HTC Syn resets the adb command when it detects it running. Though those guys were a bit....rude.


As far as 4g, I had just actually tried to turn it on and it locked the phone lol Was in the middle of a file transfer as well so that will have to b redone. Pulled the battery to get it to turn off and reboot, but was stuck on the starting apps screen.

Rebooting it again to make sure its working.

Just finished rebooting the phone, 4G was one. Switched it off since I dont have that service in my area. GPS showed on so turned it off but no symbol showing it was on? Maybe that was removed...too lazy to go back and look at the changes lol. The Save Power still shows in the Quick Settings though just greyed out so cannot be used.

I'll add those 2 issues as bugs in the OP

And the save power can only be used if your at a certain battery percentage like if your phone died it will power on with Save Power enabled then turn itself back off when you have enough battery also I think you can't turn it on if your around 100%

havent installed 1.1 yet, but i checked out that new file explorer and im a big fan. ive been a pretty dedicated root explorer user for a long time. this may pull me away tbh. will have to mess with a bit before i decide for sure.

thats it yeah, you get the app and the app will even install the recovery for you. the app has settings and such for the recovery and boot options and what not.

Anyone try this ROM on a virgin mobile phone? I heard sprint ROMs will break texting. Not a big deal as I usually use Google voice for that an ways.
