Hey L I was curious if there was any way that u could possibly make the dialer look like one of the ones in the theme section of rom toolbox called gs blue extreme dialer. I would put up a screenshot of what it looks like but my phone is being a pita and won't let me upload one via the phandroid app or through the browser. I tried to do it myself through rom toolbox but it won't take and I couldn't figure it out using ninja morph or metamorph to get it to work. If u could get the dialer to look like that dialer with ur own tweaks added to it, that would b awesome, but if u can't that would b ok too. I was/am just curious if u could but no hurry on it if u can I know u is a busy man :-). Thanks in advance

Yes u can flash the stock lockscreen the same way u flashed #2 and I don't believe it will change the way the screen shuts off and if u have the app ROM toolbox there's an option for fonts if u swipe to the left to the last page its on that page. I hope this helps u out and enjoy ur #2 lol ;-)

man its either have metro's stock rom thats all bloated or have a half cooked rom from devs that dont even seem to own a connect... Sorry guys but im annoyed, it dosnt seem everyone has these issues just at random. But these issues are show stoppers for me using these ROMS regularly.

Thanks ldrifta for the info on the internal memory allocation, maybe if i can partition my SD can and lock it from being mounted by USB mass storage that would work...

Man I know what you mean! I'm using Black Plaque and it reboots about 5-10 times a day, seems to be full of small bugs and I have asked for stuff in the BP thread but no one is keeping up with it (and it's my birthday)... feel left out in the cold. I used v2 and didn't like it much and then went with BP and I like it but I hate all the self reboots and found out tofay that my B pop kernel doesn't support voltage adjustment..
 
Awesome rom. thanks for the hard work. I read through but couldn't tell. is bluetooth supposed to work? mine keeps crashing when attempting to pair.
 
Hey, I was just wondering if there was anyway to change the status bar to be non transparent? What would I have to change to make it look like the normal Broken Out Connect status bar?
 
So I've been hanging tight with 1.5 for a couple/few weeks now. It definitely does seem to have settled down as other people have mentioned. Less and less frequent reboots.

Holding out for 1.7 as it seems like there's stuff being updated a piece at a time - which makes sense for testing purposes for each apk. But yeah overall loving this ROM. Curious to see the new loader but I dunno if I should flash the loader or install 1.6 or just wait...is 1.7 eminent or is it going to be after the 1st of the year?

Who's running what (as far as versions of this particular ROM are concerned) and how are you liking it?
 
Same here v1.6 but with beastcandy's mms.apk

Damn it... I just unplugged my laptop and moved it then plugged it back in and the part that connects to the computer pushed in :mad: and my screen went black :eek: its fried!!! I can't live without a laptop... I'm leaving to get a new one, this thing was free and old as dirt anyway, any recommendations?
