Root [ROM][MS870] Katana

Look in the /system directory of an old katana version or in Icy rom. There should be a folder called 3rd_party

I think you need that entire folder placed back into the /system directory then reboot for those stock vid apps to work.

VideoEditor3.apk is the largest apk I've ever seen. At a whopping 26.65mg, that thing is the size of Mt. Fuji. lol Can anyone say bloatware?

Yeah Katana has become too difficult to theme or mod because it's basically in too many pieces with all the different mods.

So the new rom is more put together and much easier to theme/mod. I've changed the icons to CM and notification area to CM style as well. Also added JB style lock and my custom insecure kernel. Oh and made the blue throughout more vibrant. I know I'm forgetting some stuff, but you get the picture.

Heck yeah we do. Although I'd only oc when I wanted to play some high intensity games and what not.

Be patient... It'll get done. I don't want to have to update and reupload the rom later just to add the OC kernel. I prefer to work smart, not hard. lol

Any $$$ ideas you have, just post them in a new thread. lol
