why? all it does is free a little ram.. and it DOESN'T verify & optimize the dalvik cache which mean the system doesn't really respond as well as it should.. those tweaks are old garbage throw em out

lol well thats wht i need to do in order to get 4g back and able to recieve messages bak can u try tht for me and see if it happens to u like go off airplane mode then see if u get ur data baci use airplane mode in a lot of situation and haven't really had that issue, but i usually do a reboot before taking it out of airplane mode just because it's my thing and its what i like to dohaha

lol u dnt need to do it for six hours just try airplane mode then take it off nd then see if ur 4g comes bak

hmm i see that now but when im at skool and then take it off at the end of skool it dont come back it says network type is evdo but nothing shows up only way is if i reboot nd hows 2.5 coming along bro=] u gonna add the camera mod lol=plol yeah it came right back on man

You could but give it a fresh/new chance...make a backup in recovery first then wipe it clean/flash the rom/then restore data in recovery via advanced restore or use titanium for your apps if you have it.

i personally use the CWM found in MT's thread from back in the day because it has the 'power off' option, so i...
manually wipe:
-data
-cache
-dalvik cache
format:
-system
-INTERNAL sd (ususally just wipe this when mounting storage to pc)
than i flash the rom
then i select 'power off'.. let the phone sit for like 5 min, power on, let it do it's thing untill screen shuts itself off.. wait another few minutes and then set-up my rom, (adjust settings, sync accounts etc...)
than i reboot one last time and the rom runs flawless for me, i never have issues unless it's literally something i messed up in building proccess

Yes. There has been several topics saying that wiping data for installing a ROM is not needed. I wanna say pg said this.
I for one agree, i never wipe data and never have issues because of it.

I wipe data cause you never know if the prl has changed or like me i live in the cut very close to the cell tower good 4bars all day every day if i flash without wiping data or format data when i power up no signal and when it does it hangs up the call in progress

Does anyone else have problems with GPS and weather apps?
All weather apps can't find my location manually, so wjen I use GPS, it always sets it to "Lakewood Gardens", which doesn't even exists o.0 or is somewhere in California, but I'm in Florida?
Could someone help me please?

Yes, I have it like that, I also tried different combination, with GPS off and wiki only, and vice-versa. Also tried 4G and Wi-fi separately.
I also tried different weather apps that use accuweather and also google.
No matter what I tried it can't get my location correctly like before on version 2.2 I believe. I just formatted, wiped data, calvik, and formatted sd card to install 2.5 bet 4 from scratch.
