Just a heads up for people new to overclocking. Personally, my esteem becomes unstable and hot over 1700.
Also, if your going to tamper with it, I would suggest not applying overclock on boot until you test for a bit, I've been stuck in boot loop before at 1800, but every device is different.

Mine is stable at 2.2. One of the few.

That was how i bench marked over 5k.

Most devices though are stable at 1800. Then several at 1900. A few at 2k, a couple at 2.1 and hardly any at 2.2.

yeah i could peak at 2.1, but 2.2 was NO LOL, 1.9 is fair for all!! deal with it!! LOL

I know a bit off topic but my sons Motion ran a 6975 on Antutu- only rooted @ 1.5(the phone IS a beast):)
 
My phone bustimacated. I think I been fudgeing with too much stuff that I have no business touching. That's probably why I get unstable. But hey, its a learning process.

Dude when i first flashed my phone to 2.5 and i finished everything the screen locked and i thought i broke the phone because of the animation you have when the phone locks looks like when you shut of a TV yeah that was some scary stuff.
 
Hdmi doesn't work on niether kernel. i reflashed #2 2.5 and hdmi doesn't work.. whats the problem??? And what other kernel can i use to make hdmi work???

dammit.. you sure you flashed the speed unleashed?? i know it dont work on rom provided kernel.. im looking into it right now :/

Not 3.3 just #2_v2.5 and had the same problems that other people were experiencing ldrifta, just reflashed beta4 :) I know how much ish your trying to do right now and I see you already knew haha ;)

yeah it's just the kernel.. you can take the one from beta4 and place it in 2.5 along with modules and you'll be all set!! just bt issue still there because stupid settings... :(
