Root [ROM] Number Two (#2) v3.0.1 {ZVE}

Finally done, you have no idea how relieved I was when I saw the 4G LTE symbol bright and shiny on there xD! I set it up in spanish but I haven't checked to see if I still get insert a sim card, if I do It'd be cool if you can add a spanish lockscreen that says Numero 2 ;D *wink wink*


Edit: Idk what the hell is going on, after I did a back up of the apps and data the 4g symbol went away and never came back, I've been trying to thin out the apps and try to see if one of them is giving me problems but he never had a problem before this, I'm switching back to English and rebooting to see if it's the language setting

what do you mean did a backup? in recovery? or some app? dont use apps, just use recovery for backups lol and if you are restoring any system apps from a different build onto this one it will give you the exact issue you are having.. so please give some more info on exactly what you are doing? and see if you sim card is loose or something lol

I usually use mybackup root to back up and restore my apps and data, I use it on my Indulge with no issues, anyway I managed to get the internet back up, I used any cut to get into the LTE Configuration and reset it, the first few times it wouldn't stay, but after a while it stuck and I rebooted about 3 times to make sure it's all fixed and it's good, when I put it in english it says Number 2, it'll flash metro pcs really quick and go back to that, in spanish it just says no sim card inserted, I took out the sim card earlier and I put it back in and it still says that, either way, I can tell my brother it works which is what we originally wanted, I really like this rom so I didn't want to have to revert to stock e.e but thanks for being here with me step by step, my brother will never appreciate me going to bed at 4:40am to fix this lmao

This happened to me after I installed and rebooted. Then i turned off my phone again and it went away. :)

thannnnk you!!!!! lol thats exactly what i was saying, happened to me once also and same thing i just power off and back on than poof all worked fine, but i also re-installed like 20 times to make sure it wasn't consistant and it hasen't happened again :D not sure why the hell it happened in the first place but a simple reboot fixes it right up :D

This happen to me to after I install ld ick it later came off after i rebooted no issues just like you said reinstall or reboot
 
Idrifta is there like a zip that I can flash to get the ics settings? Why did you take it off? Was it a battery killer? Or you just plain didn't like it?

Nevermind I found the ics settings app, I guess I wasn't looking hard enough.
 
1.7 is whats good. Any way of removing the charging dock function from all the zvd roms (preferably a flashable fix). It is lame...say im watching netflix w/HDMI out to my TV and i put the phone on the charging dock it somehow senses the dock (magnets i think) and starts my tunin radio app and im like WTF!:motz:
 
Anyway to get the version where the clock was centered and the pull down notification was blackish? Also Ics settings. Thanks anyone who can hook it up with a download.
 
Don't know if anyone else is having this little issue when trying to use the phone while it has been on sleep mode i click on the power button to wake it up the slide to unlock does not work I hit power button again to get the phone to wake up and then it works it happens sometimes just figure i ask to see if anyone else has had this little issue

Best thing to do is, backup all your apps, and download a fresh copy as the other one might have got corrupt a little, and reflash 1.7 again. :cool:

yeah thats a known issue and im trying to get to the bottom of it along with other things.. my appologies
 
No issues so far. 1.7 and the latest theme you put up. Setcpu really doesn't agree with this rom. As soon as I give it root access phone gets laggy including the lock screen. I just won't use it with this rom. Some text is hard to read due to lack of contrast.
