yea i found my stock app installer so im good is the battery life better with 1.7

you flash it in recovery, has nothing to do with 1.7 lol i just used it, works fine bro

I have something that might fix the whole screen lock problem people are having. I ran into this same problem a few months back. Bugged me for days. It would take me forever to get the screen to turn on. The lights would turn on but the screen wouldn't.
I was browsing through my settings just double checking stuff and I saw something that caught my eye. Instead of saying "unmount external SD card" it was greyed out. Everything was greyed out on the sd card and phone storage screen even though my sd card was inserted. So I turned the phone off, pulled the sd and put it back in and turned the phone back on. Everything worked as normal. I have no idea why that was effecting the lockscreen but it was. I had the problem for like 3 days and it was perfect right after i did that so there's no other explanation.
Don't know if this will fix any of these issues but it might be worth trying to install the ROM with the SD card unmounted and then mount it afterwords. IDK. Just throwing out ideas. I personally haven't seen the problem since i first had it so idk.

I really liked the status bar you used to have, the one with the square texture. Please bring it back or please make the plain black one transparent!

working very nice so far
I had a very weird issue when installing the 1.7, it keeps telling me please insert a sim card, but I can call and text without an issue, I went from zvd stock, did a full wipe and installed 1.7 on top of that, it's my brothers phone so I can't show you any screenshots til he gets back, also apparently he tells me the internet isn't working for him, anyone else experience this?
