I installed it from market.

i just rebooted a bunch of times and finally got it to boot loop. So it is an app issue. Gonna try and manually install and see what it does then.


Poweramp has caused many problems just like this before but Im not sure what the fix ever was.

@Mario!! dude thank you, that is the fix actually. completely forgot why i took that out last time but now i remeber!!

sorry for all the issues guys, mario is right about the fix, (u=y) is for dalvik to optimize all apk's for a uni-proccessor device, which for some reason breaks the power-amp install (from market only because i have the apk on sd card and installed fine) so that will most certainly be removed in full edition, again.. lol

@lubricant= dude it's cool man, we all been there at one point or another just try not to take the anger out on your keyboard next time lol be patient and someone will help ;) sadly i work night shift 2-10 eastern time so it's hard for me personally to be around :( but as mario explained a few posts above, if you edit build.prop, find lines under # Dalvik Tweaks and remove the (u=y) line, then boot to recovery & wipe dalvik cache, reboot your problem should be solved!! :D

as for T2, not sure whats wrong with you guys but i got 12 hrs with 43% left, but some major heavy usage lol i was streaming videos, web browsing, had to use google nave for a good hour while playing music with device and was using data 90% of the day, thats damn good if you ask me lol not to mention it hasn't lagged not ONCE on me today :D

only changes i DO plan on making is changing power.collapse to 0 instead of 1 and removing that damn (u=y) line from build.prop..

still not sure how much of a difference the 'sysctl.conf' (battery saver) file is making.. i need try and re-live today while running T1 lolol

thnks for all the support and patience guys :D

o and 1 other thing.. i give up on auto-brightness bug.. i completely re-did the framework-res (now with more experience lol) and did not touch the values but for some reason it still seems buggy-ish lol dunno why...

been running t2 no problems at all really appreciate your hard work if I'm happy with t2 should I play with t1 I mean battery life will be better with t2 how you guys been doing with t1?
 
@ldrifta Been trying T2 and love it! Battery does seem to go by a little fast but I didn't get a complete charge last night (went to sleep really late, woke up early). Thanks for your hard work and dedication. It surely is very appreciated.

Has anyone else tried to get Swype A to work? Every time I install and activate it my phone shows a FC. Just like the poweramp detail, it might be something as simple as that. I'm ok with Swype B but A is a much better version. Did anyone ever figure this out?

I manually installed the stock swype files I had with no issues.

ok so i ran t1 on my friends phone and have T2 on my phone... i tried to monitor both phones as much as i can, the result was T2 was pretty much the same life as on 1.9.1... and thats with allot to moderate use, (keep in mind i got running services and syncs like several gmails and gvoice...plus utube allot.

and the T1 was a bit snappier and better responsive. thoe t2 didnt really have any issues(so far) or that ive run into...

This is really a tough decision .... hmmmmm ...

Best advice TRY BOTH and see which one ur phone likes better... i tried waiting before i jinxed myself and said GOOD SO FAR...

And ill stay on T2 till i can break it...lol

Thanks I been on t2 the whole day no issues however t1 from what I been reading is snappier that alone will make me switch let me try t1
