Root [ROM] Quattrimus JB (CM10, AOKP41)

For those interested in Bluetooth on stock ics with the gb boot loader, I don't know what's going on. I fixed it in my roms by adding the correct hcd file. But the stock rom should already have that correct. :confused:

Just curious, is the file you added specific to the GB bootloader? Since the stock rom would be focused on the ICS bootloader it might be different.

... just random mutterings from a nobody here...

Where is that hcd file located?

Nope it was straight out if the ics ota.
 
Thanks neph I'll put eri.xml on my list for b3. The omx libs should be doable worth a bit of work.

On a side note, the reason people are having roaming indicator issues is that your eri.xml file is missing the entries for Verizon . 64 and 65 are the most common, but you're missing everything from 64-74.

Yay speaker phone works! I think everything I use is working now. Would be nice to have camcorder and video working but I can definitely live without those 2.

Still hard to believe we have an almost fully functioning copy of jelly bean for the spectrum. Seems like yesterday we were stuck on gingerbread.
 
Just wanted to add... not only is Bluetooth working on CM10 B2, it fixed my issue with streaming audio in my new Durango with their "unconnect" system. Bonus!! It wasn't working at all on stock ICS. Thanks!!
 
Anyone know if there is a version of trebuchet out there that allows you to hide apps in the app drawer? Trebuchet seems to run smoother than any other launcher for me so I'd rather avoid going back to nova or apex if I can.

This is because of the same issue with HW+ on MXPlayer. Hardware Acceleration is NOT working. Please be patient. Its being looked into. Thanks for the feedback though. I'll be looking into GPS tomorrow.

Hi! I'm new here and I'm trying to get this ROM installed. This may be silly but I use PagePlus so would I be able to flash carriers with Quattrimus (say through flashitnow?) I know the admins there say it may not work but some of you would probably know better - thanks!

I used mine on VM for a while. But now I have a Nitro on StraightTalk.

You will be able to get voice service.

You will probably be able to get 1x data.

You will probably not be able to get 3g or 4g data.
 
I am on Beta2a and my lockscreen says Verizon Wireless. I have WiFi enabled. Don't know if that makes a difference.

I turned WiFi off and am connected to 1X right now. Now it switched to 4G. Never saw 3G though.

CM10 or AOKP? I am on AOKPb2a and mine still says roaming indicator on, on 4g. It looks like the fix is in the next release potentially and its not affecting functionality so its no big deal... just trying to clarify because I am curious lol.

Lol I'm on the latest cm10 release and yesterday it said roaming indicated on....I just looked, itsays SPRINT. weird. I am def on Verizon.

Just wait for TDM to put it in the next release. It's only a cosmetic fix and not worth the hassle of trying to decompile framework.jar on your own to fix it.

I am on CM10. Not able to keep a strong signal though. Still haven't seen 3G. Goes from 4G to 1X and back. Setting is set to LTE/CDMA prl
