Root [ROM] Stock B11 Deodexed & Unmodified

then went to mounts and storage and format cache, data and system then wiped the dalvik cache.

@Guspeed Nice to see you back Guspeed :)

@Everyone The part I quoted above....this is also how i do it. I think most people are factory/data resetting (no doubt since it is the instructions in the op lol). Anyway, I wonder if this could have something to do with some of the failures. The only way I could see that being true is if cwm isn't functioning correctly on some phones. Maybe some partitions are not getting wiped properly. Just a thought

edit: actually, it is possible with the many versions of cwm floating around. maybe someone didn't ever get around to updating to the latest version, etc. Who knows.

edit2: thinking about this more, this could have been broken for a pretty long time too, because going from b07 to b09 it may not have complained...both ics. Going from b09 to b11 however...big change and if there were any ics bits left it would not boot. So, if anyone is having trouble getting these ROMs to boot, try updating cwm and try again. It may work??? lol

Good to be back, visiting my fellow sequetiants!!! lol

The thing is that, factory reset is not erasing the system part and maybe that's the problem for some of you guys.

the rom formats /system so that's not it...

edit: not sure this is even a problem lol, but I have a solution on the way just in case.

WARNING: Flashing this zip WILL result in complete data loss. Proceed with caution.

If anyone is still having problems booting this rom, try flashing this first.

System_Prep_JB_warp2.zip

It formats /system, /data, and /cache; it also flashes the new jb partitions.
Enjoy!

I concur the lag is SO much better and the battery seems to last twice as long now, also the voice recognition seems to be more accurate as well. I havent had any issues as of yet. Seems to have fixed my wi-fi switching on and off by itself as well. Google now is sweet and runs flawlessly too.

Ditto ;)

SuperR, whenever you have a free time on your hands, lol, do a lil op update with all your changes.
This thread is already 6 pages long and people will get lost trying to read thru them, just a friendly thought!!! ;)

pretty sure you are a mind reader lol

Sorry to be the pain in your neck at this time Bro but, you should empathize in Part 1 to stay within cwm and not to select reboot (or like you've wrote "enjoy"), cuz the damn thing won't reboot after flashing the system prep zip, lol.

This zip installed fine over awesome android. So if you have my Rom you can clear data/cache and install straight over it.

I'm still running Awesome Android... Which zip are you referring to, Shinru? Partitions, B11_2c, or root zip?

I got it to finally install! Now what is a good launcher for it. The one it has is good but I'm wondering super what you're using because i want advice from someone that knows something about this phone please :)

Oh one last question do you know of a good app or whatever to put system toggles in the notification bar?

Power Toggles is great for the system toggles in the notification bar.
