Root [ROM] Stock B11 Deodexed & Unmodified

Cool. Thanks. But ive got a question about fastbooting cwm.

Im doing
Adb reboot bootloader
Fastboot flash recovery (then the name of cwm.img file)

After that it gets stuck at waiting for device. Am i doing something wrong?

you need to get the kernel debug drivers working to use fastboot in windows. junkie2100 has posted how to do this in depth several times. search around ;)

you can make a backup and start deleting whatever you like lol. If you are on an odexed rom, make sure you delete Example.apk and Example.odex if it exists. That right there is the only disadvantage to an odexed rom (unless you are a themer). You have to delete two files instead of one lol.
 
So now that we have JB 4.1.2 on the phone anyone have a good JB lockscreen that is like the default JB lockscreen? I know there is always Holo Locker, but I am not a fan of that one.

I am not familiar with that app. In my opinion, the easiest way to remove system apps is to use a root file manager such as ES File Explorer and delete what you want. File managers are very useful tools to have anyway ;)
 
i just use es file explorer to delete the files from /system/app/. No other apps required ;)
 
UPDATE: This ROM should work for everyone now. Thanks to all the people who helped test. OP has been updated with new links ;)

edit: make sure you download the newest System_Prep_JB_warp2.zip again liked in the op.

edit2: remember that if you have already updated your partitions you do not need to flash the system prep zip again. It will not hurt anything, but it's not necessary.

edit3: if your system is working now with b11 there is no need to update to 2e

Did not work for me. Got the following error:

Device Check Passed!
format() expects 5 args, got 3
E:Error in /sdcard/roms/warp2_unsigned_b11_2e.zip
(Status 7)
Installation aborted.

Just wanted to let you know.

You're wrong about that. Don't give people information you don't absolutely know to be accurate. I've been able to update to B11 pretty much every way that has been talked about in this forum as well as keeping root, it's just a matter or following instructions correctly and following the conversations.
 
yep ifu flash rom from this forum yeah they all root all ready but if u do it the official way u going to lose root i did it that why im saying causei lose root and cwm
