Root {ROM}Suave Smush! Sense UI feel without all the hassle!

That's what I figured also.
Besides jit, what changes were madefrom v1 to v2?
Thanks and awesome rom Andrizoid!

honestly cant even remember. just flash the JIT off patch though. it will revert back to the original settings and shouldnt be so laggy.

Im loving this rom but it seems to drain my battery faster than any other rom I use... is there a reason for this? Do i have to do anything with autokiller to make it last longer?

So the big question is - Is JIT really worth it? I haven't seen any lag, and it performs very smoothly. Is there some apps that will only run with JIT?

Again, great work!

I have a question, I just put this Rom on my gf's, and she loves it by the way, works awesome. But noticed that when during a call the screen will not go out when you put it up to your face or come back on when you pull it away, so it seems the proximity sensor isnt working. Is anybody else experiencing this?

:EDIT: Never mind, went back through and read some more early posts and found the answer.

while using v1 the phone would drop calls out of the blue...pretty random...only thing effecting phone i think was google voice. i use it for every call. had autoservice killer, and things going as well so that may have been the issue...don't like the rating that app puts on services.

either way, it was a pretty nice ROM...didn't suit my "pushing the limit" lifestyle though (matrix LWP and all my widgets tore it a new one). i'm gonna play with Froyo a bit an then if that's not ready for me yet i'll take a look at Fresh. but thanks for putting this together for us.

andrizoid, on the screenshots of the rom u have 2 different programs next to the app menu... How do i change that? right now i have the internet and the phone as the 2 stock ones... Id like to change them if possible thanks!

drag and drop the app icon onto the spot

WOW that was easy ha! thanks thought i had to use metamorph or something. Great rom and My battery seems better I just didnt know i had to turn autokiller on before that was what was draining it!

tsupdate3.zip <---flash from recovery if your touchscreen is completely unresponsive.
Spoke with Conap about using his kernel for tsupdate4.zip, he he prefers that i not re-release it. you can find his kernel and wlan.ko from this post. xda-developers - View Single Post - [ROM]ErisLightningBolt 2.7 Cyanogen build( OC, JIT, Apps2sd, GPS)6/21/10.
instructions on how to flash the kernel can be found here [ROM]ErisLightningBolt 2.7 Cyanogen build( OC, JIT, Apps2sd, GPS)6/21/10 - Page 142 - xda-developers
If you want wifi working after this though you much have the wlan.ko. Extract it to your sdk/tools and

I am having problems flashing this kernel. When I try I get the following:

C:\android\tools>fastboot flash zimage zImage
< waiting for device >
sending 'zimage' (2142 KB)... FAILED (remote: not allow)
finished. total time: 0.000s

Anyone have any ideas?

Check the Patches section for info on how to get MMS working with the STOCK messaging app. All thanks to Conap and Dec3dance!

Would this have anything to do with me being on HBOOT 1.49.0000 S-ON?

This is an amazing ROM. Really fast, and plenty of internal memory space (150 MB?!).

With Launcher Pro, its runs incredibly smooth.

Only minor gripe, is that instead of Verizon Wireless, it says T-CDMA 64. Not a huge deal though.
