Well, pete, it doesn't work. The bluetooth support also stopped my phone dead.
My phone, after stalling for a few minutes, decided to reboot, and hasn't gotten passed the LG loading screen since. I'm currently hoping to find at least a diagnosis before I go to work, so no more bluetooth for me.
Personally, headsets annoy the heck out of me, but to each their own.

Alrighty. Still haven't tried to re-pair the bluetooth, and don't know if I feel like it, we'll see how froggy I'm feeling later.
When I attempted to pair it with a Motorola H700, and all $#@$ broke loose. And like I said in the other post, got stuck at the LG logo loading screen.
I did the battery trick a couple times (Taking out the battery while the phone is off, plug in a usb and wait for it to say 'Battery Required', put the battery in, cross your fingers, burn incense, chant to ancient/new gods alike)
Got it to pop up to the Recovery with the pwr+VDown+home (first time ever, I might add) and simply flashed the rom again, no wipe.
Bam it was right back to the screens I had customized, no restoring required.
I am beginning to see why people are so fearless on these things...

Seems like the bt issue is a hit or miss thing.
im currently running your sense rom and its great amazing cept for one thing i cant makee any calls or send texts it says i have service but i cant make calls at all and when i plug my phone in and open lgnpst my phones esn is blank can someone please help me fix this problem??

I highly doubt that flashing the ROM caused that, but you happen to be in luck as a new guide was just posted to help fix this issue.

Its possible if I recompiled the kernel with the Bluetooth modules separate ...my Bluetooth seemed to work fine with the oc kernel. Its worth a try flash it and report your findings!

I'm joining the ranks of no dice on bluetooth!!!! I just installed the rom, love the look and feel of it (although I forgot to save magic smoke wallpapers from last load and i dont feel like restoring a backup just for a wallpaper right now).
However, bluetooth no worky. I tried rebooting, still no dice. I'm about to flash the OC kernel since this rom put the stock kernel back in, and I'll see if that changes anything.......nope. Same problems, it keeps force closing bluetooth settings, or otherwise throwing general pairing errors. This is with my earpiece (which is fine and has always paired well with the stock rom), and my laptop (same deal, always worked before).
I look forward to an update that will make the bluetooth work, because other than that (granted I don't use it that much), this is a very elegant rom and seems to work quite well. Thanks so much! =>

I only thumbed through CM7 briefly before flashing back to stock because of complications, (this was before sense), but it did seem to have some features not available on your typical rom. However joneidy's sense-esque rom isn't having those issues, and just needs bluetooth fixed for me. I did already flash the OC kernel as described above and it works fine for me, overclocked @ 768 MHz.
Noteworthy: the quadrant scores I was last getting were ranging from I think ~489 to ~517..? It's somewhere else in this forum. That was with stock rom and OC Kernel. But with the sense rom and OC kernel, now I just ran two tests and got 549/532. Sense rom is officially better (except bluetooth)! =>

Try leaving settings in pairing mode then rebooting. Its worth a shot. This bt thing is crazy as hell. Didn't work for 3 days for me then all of a sudden it started working and I haven't had problem n bout a month.
can somebody help me, its starting to get fustrated, its the 3rd flash ive done and it just keeps failing me
after reinstalling this rom and the kernal , i keep having problems with my wifi after a day.. it just stays on obtaining ip address, is tehre already a solution to this i dont know, thank you

Partial success!! I tried your suggestion, and got my bluetooth earpiece to pair flawlessly, but unfortunately bluetooth services still FC's every time I try to pair with my computer (used to work great, would occasionally use for file transfer).

New discovery!! When trying to use bluetooth (I lost the pairing for and can no longer pair my earpiece again so I'm back to square one), if you go into settings/about phone , the MAC address for the bluetooth radio is UNAVAILABLE. When I was running stock rom and bluetooth worked, the MAC address WAS available, just like the WiFi MAC address was and still is--this is of course if you turn on bluetooth and wifi. I'll PM this to Joneidy as well incase it helps.
EDIT: UPDATE: I checked again, and now the MAC address for bluetooth is showing up just fine, but still, nothing pairs and errors abound.
