hey joneidy looks great man.

im just having an issue with poweramp, whenever i move the app to the sd card the widget dissapears, moveit back to phone and they appear again, also whenever i set a song for ringtone thru poweramp, after a few hours they dissapear and have to set them again.

then i downloaded efile and had to set the ringtones whit this app.

otherwise looking good, and working great
 
you cant put widgets on sd. poweramp has a widget app so you can put regular app on sd and still use widget just keep the widget on phone
 
hey guys, I update my phone with this rom, but after turning it off and back on I lost the stock wallpaper. How do I get it back?


*just to be clear I mean the Sense wallpaper
 
Noob question but I was just wondering, I recently rooted my phone and installed this rom, which is great btw but mine has the original background in the first post not the newer one a few more posts down, did I get the updated version or did someone just change their background?

Did you get a chance to test drive the fix I PMed you that joneidy had for BT?
He wanted me to give it a go but I wasn't having any issues.

I don't know why my changed too. I want the one in the first post. Anyone know how I can get it back without having to flash it again?
 
I am having issues with the updated ROM, it won't pass the LG screen. I wiped, reDL'd the ROM, and tried reflashing. Anyone else having this issue?

Well I couldn't get it to run with the card partitioned before the flash, so I got it to work with it regularly. Then I just setup my card afterwards then moved all my apps to SD and now it's working perfectly.

Now all I need is bluetooth and I'll be happy.
 
WOW. don't know what happened but my phone froze up. I restarted it and boom. Everything's working now including Bluetooth and a2sd. Joinedy...U da man
 
this rom is the best looking rom I have seen but the only issues I have is the pull down menu the text is so hard to see. any way to change this?

Go to the main optimus m page on this site and find a post by blaxican called "make your own theme"
 
How do i partition the SD card to ext 3? From your custom recovery menu, there's no direct option for that and before I allow myself to go crazy trying to do it myself, I figured I should ask because ive only DL'd a few apps and my internal memory is getting low. what to do? im obviously a noob in anything involving partioning

Im just gonna assume your already rooted, if you have joinedys custom recovery there surely is a direct option for it, look again my friend
 
I am rooted. I have joneidys CR and I have 4 options.. partiton SD, repair partition, ext 2 to ext 3 (Im assuming this is correct after I were to partition the SD card), and 3 to 4.

Im more or less speaking of the entire process though. When I partition how should I split up the extensions? It starts with I believe 32mb on ext1 which you can change, then however much you want on ext 2. Thanks btw

Sorry for late response, what I did was partitoin sd first, then I did the 2 to 3 part
 
I dont know how great the cm7 will be once the bugs get fixed but this rom is by far the best one for this phone IMO, ALL HAIL JOINEDY
