Root [ROM][UPDATE: 04/05/2012][bROM v1.2]

I love, love, love this ROM, however I have a small issue which I haven't seen anyone mention. My phone frequently shows No Signal. I've been using TG-Reloaded and never had this problem.

Is there anything I can do to address this?
 
Tried out your rom and seems pretty good! Only thing stopping me from using it as a daily driver is lack of lockscreen widgets and ability to change the notification drop down widgets. If there's a way around these two things, please let me know =]

been using this with fock kernel...SMOOTH AF! lol...look up notification toggle in the market and widgetlocker....
 
This rom is still my daily use rom. I love it. I just wanted to add another bug I found. When I play flash videos on the internet the sound is great but the video stutters quite a bit.
 
I have release a updated bKernel for the Stock based ROMs. Its not as up-to-date as manteras, but it is very close, and I find that it runs very smoothly. You are more than welcome to try it out!
 
So noob question here, but what exactly are the different build.props you have posted in the beginning? Are they recommended over whatever comes with your rom, and should I flash a different kernel? If so...how exactly do I do that? Through CWM, or something totally different?

Edit: Minus my noob questions, I'm loving this rom so far. Its speedy, and the green is just sexy o.o

Edit 2: Does anyone else have a problem where the service just randomly drops? I followed all the directions to a T, and it just randomly drops service. In order to get it back, I have to reboot the phone. I haven't tried toggeling data yet, to see if it works. I'll try that next.
 
A couple of questions before I try out this rom:

1) If I decide to go back to a Nandroid of Miui after this Rom do you reflash the stock Rom to do that or do you just clear the data etc. like flashing the other Roms? I know you say that clearing the data etc. would cause bootloop but I wasn't sure if that was just in dealing with this Rom or also changing between Roms.

2) If I flash the stock deoxed rom at the beginning do I have to boot the phone into there or can it be flashed and then while still in CWM flash the Brom zip?

You have to boot into that stock rom and let it set up. I tried to do it without booting into the stock rom and I got stuck in a boot loop.
 
everything is working great except for the camcorder. i cannot take video recordings. the app starts but locks up or FC with-in 2 or 3 seconds. any thought on why?
 
I've just flash my MT to this rom 2 days ago and all I can say is WOW! This rom is fast! even at standard clock speeds, this rom is very snappy! IT's almost like a new phone. Comming from CM7 reloaded there are some things that I miss about GB but man for the speed and those things will soon be forgotten! I want to give props to b_randon14 for making such a great rom! Thanks dude!:D
 
Just tried flashing this Rom but about 10 minutes later still on the red motorola logo. Flashed the Stock deoxed and let it load, then this rom and the b kernel. Do I need to start over? Does it always take this long to load?

Edit: Reflashed without flashing the kernel and it seems to be OK now.
 
Getting everything set back up but so far amazed at the speed of this Rom! A question: is there a way to toggle sound on and off? I don't see one in the status bar and was just wondering if I missed it.
 
Digging this ROM! A few questions:

What launcher works best on it? Trying go right now because I am familiar with it but it seems a little slow compared to the rest of the ROM.

Does voice recognition work on here? Tried a couple of my apps that use it but keep getting no speech heard.

Also is there a way to get the phone screen to stay on during a call when I am hands free?

Any recommendations on a Screenshot app that works well on here?

Any other tips for getting the most from this?
 
Rom is amazing!....one thing though, the screen would randomly turn on and stay lit for about two seconds and then turn off, this would happen for about 10minutes then stop. At first i thought i had a bad flash but i re flashed the ROM following the instructions and it's doing it again O.o

Sitting here with itouch in one hand and phone with brom and fock kernel in the other checking speed of the same apps opening on both. Across the board this phone beats the itouch every time!
 
Is there an app like volume plus that can increase the volumes in this rom? I have v+ in my other Roms but it doesnt seem to work in this one.
 
Rom is crazy fast.
My new daily rom.
One issue I am having though is when I turn on bluetooth, I get no, or greatly reduced service.
 
Hi. I recently installed this rom. However i have a problem. The phone will not recognize songs on the SD card with any music player. Is this common?
 
No it is not. Did you make sure to wipe data(or flashed prep ROM)? If not then do so, then reflash. Maybe your SD Card is corrupted...
 
If i do a nandroid with this rom, is is ok to switch back and forth from a different rom using only the nandroid, or do i have to start over?
