Moved the folders into the system folder and made your zip flashable.
I haven't tested it yet.

Edit: Flashed a fresh install of the 4/22 build. And then flashed over.
Works.

On newest build, play store thumbnails are low quality, low res pictures.

theres probaly some extra stuff in the 4-28 buildprop thats not needed for lte so later ill try to just edit the 4-22 buildprop with just the lte entries. first ill compare them and see if thats needed or not. maybe that will help with crashes but i'm just guessing. i dont even have service at the moment so i cant even test it:(

:edit: after comparing, the only differences i see is there is some dalvic heap tweaks left out of the 4-28 build.prop that were in the 4-22 and some entries that were removed from 4-22 when he got lte working so i really dont see how this would help.:(

Just throwing this out there. I'm willing to test almost whatevers needed. My phone is activated, and on the unlimited 4g $55 plan, in case the person needing testing doesn't have service :)
 
to be honest. i'm not getting any crashes after fresh 4-22 flash then 4g.zip flash and light.zip flash. and somehow strangely the backlight bug is gone. so i'm happy as is for now.

edit:things i've done different but don't know if they matter: frozen google play services with titanium backup, installed clear google play and inverted youtube, and google music. i also manually deleted google now because i was trying to install the black version but couldn't get it to install so i reinstalled it from google play.
 
here is a screen of clear play store. it seems to be easier to see the text to me. :)

Yeah I also installed 4-22 "fresh" and flashed the lights.zip and the backlight is less common but I still get it sometimes. Too scared to flash 4g.zip though because I don't want stuff crashing lol
 
i don't know if it was the heap tweaks or the changes i made to google apps but i'm still not getting any crashes or reboots. 4-22 rom with 4g.zip lights.zip edited 4-28 build.prop. all is good. :) and backlight only bugs out about 1in10 times. i'm also using the cracked facebook home from xda forums and all is well there too.
 
haha my phone ROCKS and yours don't! :D :aetsch: the only issue i see with my phone now is the stretched out wallpapers but i use a live wallpaper anyway and it is unaffected.
