Root Root and CWM Recovery for ZTE Concord 2

wipe complete ROM everything but youre SD card. Then get jolly xperiment off your SD while inside TWRP then flash its zip. Then wipe internal cache and delvic cashe, reoot system ENJOY!!

and do you know why with this Rom there are some apps that the version of the game is incompatible with my device but the app was working before i got the Rom. I dont understand why this is happening, do you know how i can fix this? and the app is Madden Mobile.

So the Roms custom Google Play Store wouldn't let me download certain apps saying my device was not compatible with the app when I knew it was and also said for some apps some type of network error the error is:
Error retrieving information from server [RPC S-7 AEC-7] [RPC S-5 AEC-0] <-the last number right there is a zero

This is how I fixed it
1. I downloaded the latest version of google play (which replaced the custom one)
2. I went into the phones settings and went to the accounts tab then logged out of my google accounts that were connected to my phone
3. I logged back in with the accounts
4. I went into the settings>apps and swiped to the All tab
5.I went down the list and cleared the data from Google Play Services, Google Play Store, and Google Services Framework
Then all I did was go back into the Google play store and Boom the apps that weren't working before started working just fine.
