Root Root help!

I rooted my htc evo 4g and i was deleting some not needed apps. i must have deleted something that was essential to my phone. when i start my phone it goes through the setup for first time use. once i hit "finish" this comes up every time: "process com.htc.android.htcsetupwizard force close" when i hit force close the screen is black and i can use the home, menu, back, or search function. how do i fix this?

try going into recovery and reflashing the rom after a wipe of the cache and dalvik (or a factory reset). Ive also posted a copy of the stock RUU a lil bit ago if you feel the need to go back to complete stock

i want to go back to the complete stock. which one is it that you posted? can you give me a step by step through the process. im not all that great with this stuff.
Thanks!

you shouldn't delete apps but freeze them. After they have been froze and you see there is no problems then you can delete them. I would just reflash the rom and start over. Its a learning experience. Read the Flash guide in my signature. IF you run into any problems feel free to ask thats why we are here.
