Root root mess up HELP!!!!

hello everyone i need help with my htc lte evo i wanted to make the phone stock again (phone is rooted) so when i tried i for got to put my phones usb options to media sync instead of charge and well i went thru the twrp and started to delete everything and now im stuck with three things that i can do with my phone one i can turn it on and just stair at the htc boot logo then two i can go into the twrp and third i can go to the page that u have to hold power and vol down botton thats it cant do anything else and i cant connect to computer if anyone can help please please please help me

sounds like you wiped your system out the fact that you can get into twrp sounds like you still have recovery so you should be able to flash a stock rom and be good to go. the phone will still be rooted. I can't even begin to understand why you would not want to keep a rooted phone.

The RUU will unroot your phone but I think you do those from the boot loader.

and as long as you have recovery, do not fret my friend. you can always do a nandroid backup restore as well provided you did one. just remember that nandroid backups are your friend. they have saved many times over. always do one when ever you make changes to your phone until you are more experienced.
