Hmmm...I had to install htc sync, then uninstall it but leave the drivers...did you do that?

i have given the installing part more then 3-5 mins a couple of times and it still is hung up on the installing part can someone tell me what im doing wrong. I thought this was supposed to be idiot proof.

Oh, and 1 more quick thing..... NANDROID BACKUP B4 EACH ROM INSTALL!!! sorry for yelling LoL but if youre going from rom-a to rom-b, trust me.... just do it lol and if your sd card gets too full(theyre around 250 MB each), delete the ones that youre positive you dont need, or transfer them to yer kahpooter so you have them for later
