Root [S-Off] Facepalm S-Off for HTC Evo 4g LTE

Finally got it. The real problems were getting the correct HTC drivers working and then getting fastboot to work. I had all kinds of problems, but a primary one was trying to use USB3.0. Once I got fastboot working the actual process was pretty darn easy. So now I'm finally s-off and just downloading cm10.1 since I loved cm on my evo og.
