Root Safe Mode on Commando 2

To get The casio commandO 2 is in safe mode.
I long press the power button.
Then long press the power off button.
Then a screen pops up saying would you like to restart in safe mode?
ok or cancel.

then if you click ok it sometime wont restart but just power off. then when you turn it back on it is in safe mode. turning it off again and it regularly starts in normal mode.

It funny because verizon says these phones do not support safe mode.
