Help Samusng Galaxy S2 help needed please

My phone has just upgraded to Jellybean and once it was done everything looked different and I thought I'd lost all my settings, but after a couple of hours I have it virtually back to how I had it set out but have a few things I dont understand.
Forgive me if they are silly things I'm not too technical and arent as young as I wish I was but I'm learning fast and trying hard.

These are my queries
1) My google search bar which is on my home page under the time and dat was a lovely deep blue and is now just a white border, looked at the widgets included and they are both white
2) Page 2 I have full of icons of my fav websites, they were all different colours, like this website had a blue icon with a ds in the middle, sky sports super 6 was navy and red etc etc etc but after the update half of them are orange
3) On the home page at the bottom I used to have phone, contacts, messages and settings, but settings has been replaced by apps which I cant move
4) The keyboard for jellybean is smaller and when I tap the letters makes a slight vibrating noise though i dont have keyboard tomes or vibrating selected
5) There are 7 pages on the galaxy and on page 5,6, 7 I had 3 family pictures but they are gone but still in my gallery, I cant remember how I got them onto them pages, If i click on the picture it only gives me the option to add as wallpaper, lock screen.

What carrier are you with, we have several SII forums. Jelly Bean is a completely different OS, so thats part of it. Check your device's specific forum for more info,

You can download different launchers also, changing the Dock icons at the bottom, you can also turn off Haptic Feed back, for those annoying vibrations, and or adjust your settings in the keyboard itself for size, vibration etc, You can also download another keyboard alltogether if you want.

1. They are the only widgets available, you will have to install 3rd party to get different ones

2. Again you will have to re-add these back

3. You cannot move the apps icon but you can have 5 icons docked so just add the settings in as well

4. Turn of haptic feedback in the sound settings, you can also swop your keyboard in language and input

5. There should be a picture frame widget you can add to the screens and use as many times as you like and resize on each screen

2) Ive added shortcuts for all my bookmarked sites but the icons are nearly all orange whereas they were different colours

4) Haptic feedback wasnt ticked but it makes that noise whether haptic feedback is ticked or not, how do I swop the keypad?

Not sure on your icons then as I don't have them

If you go into settings/Language and input you will see available keyboards, you will have the default Samsung keyboard selected, next to the keyboards will be another settings icon, select that and you should see an advanced selection, tap it and you will have the option to turn off key tap vibration and key tap sound

If you have multiple keyboards available they will be displayed here
 
Thanks Kelis for your help, Ive now solved nearly everything on my list now so am grateful to you.

Only thing I'm left with now for anyone who can help is the one about when I bookmark a site and then create a shortcut why do the shortcut/icons come up in orange.

For example if you bookmark this site

Digital Spy Forums - Entertainment and digital TV news discussion

and then create a shortcut the icon on your home page is an orange icon whereas before the upgrade it was a blue shape with DS in the middle.
