Root SBF without Verizon Connection

OK, I've got a DX (Rooted Apex 1.4) that I only use in wifi mode, and doesn't have a verizon connection. Is there a way to SBF or flash the GB update without going through Verizon to update after wiping data?

Yes just skip the sign in once you reboot

for the activation? really? i wasn't paying attention because when i flashed GB i wanted to activate...but that is good to know that you can just skip activation instead of needing the trick

are we talking about the same activation screen? there is one that you get that says you have to make a "special call to activate your phone". I have never seen a tab to by pass that one.

Hmm im pretty sure, upon sign in there's an option to skip all that, unless im really tripping fellas lol
