Root SBF'D back to 2.2 (now what??)

I'm using motoconnect 4.8.0, just downloaded again. methinks that is the most current?
I;ve tried all four methods, pc mode, charge only, media sync and mass storage. disconnected phone, then reconnected, closed RSD then, re-opened.......
nada.

If you're running Vista or Window7, try right-clicking on the RSD Lite icon and choose "run as administrator".

okay, a bit carried away here now, but i have it understood at least....

Next you'll have to practice deleting backups. :D

I see you got your adblock app running.

Speaking of..... how do I delete all the 928 stuff off? Its not in the downloads folder- has its own I believe....

Then using Root Explorer or similar app, just go to /sdcard, then the 928droid folder and you can see what's there. Long press to bring up a menu and "delete" will be one of the choices.

You should also be able to see that folder when you connect your usb cable to your phone and choose "USB Mass Storage" mode from the status bar on the top of your phone.

You can read info on using Titanium here (wiki): Titanium Backup for Android ? Official Site
