Root SD CARD is Not Found/flashed a incorrect rom

[FONT=&quot]My Phone is frozen the only thing I can do is go into recovery mode I am using CMW recovery and TWRP recovery by using WinDroid. I have been sitting up for the past 5 hours trying to reflash a new rom but can't get anything into my phone sdcard is not recognized. The real problem is I did not know how to flash correctly and now my phone is in a Simi brick mode. How can I get a new rom onto my phone? I have tried a factory reset and nothing happen. When I typed adb devices got a number back but when I tried to send the zip to my phone using adb sideload name.zip it was not found. Right now my phone is on the startup screen when I use TWRP recovery. I am able to see my sdcard but when I try to put new rom on it my home does not see anything that on the rom. I hope the SD is not corrupted. Hope I am explaining this problem correctly. Please help[/FONT]
 
Format the SD card to FAT32 in the computer. Put the ROM file on the card in the computer. PPut the card into the phone. What do you dee?
 
I did that an I tried to put 3 different new Rom on my phone but the screen is still frozen when I turn back on the phone. I wiped everything and still no results
 
What is your radio or firmware?

And cwm does not work for the evo lte.

edit: the reason why i ask is that one of the older firmware had introduced a new touch panel that caused issues with the screen such as your explaining. are you s-off or s-on?
 
I am using radio-1.12.11.1210 and using Clockworkmod recovery. yesterday I was using twrp but when did a factory reset Clockworkmod showed up. My S-on rl and my phone is unlocked. After doing a factory reset I am not able to get Twrp. When I plug my device in it is not recognized. All of the roms I tried to flash was evo 4g lte roms they flashed with no problem but when I reboot the scene still goes into boot loop. I was using win droid to switch recoveries but now after the factory reset I only have clockwork

where did you get cwm?like i said they discontinued developing it....i heard it bricked a few devices and never really looked into it.

ok yeah you have the firmware with the new touch panel and it has created a lot of issues for the screen....you can only flash 3.16.651.3 sense roms.

you do need to flash twrp....i would not recommend going forward with cwm. what happens when you try and flash twrp?
 
Every time I try to plug my phone in win droid tells me device is not found I will try it again tommorrow to see if I can get Twrp. Are you saying that 3.16.651.3 sense roms when get my phone back on. Is that the only rom that works with this phone. Can I ask a question am I bricked or it is just in a boot loop.

do not use windroid....it is better if you learn how to do this manually yurself.....just IMO

and yes 3.16.651.3 sense roms.....once you have a running phone again then i would recommend that you get s-off and update your firmware.
 
My phone came back on but the problem now is I can see the sharkieRom when my phone boots up but the problem is my phone keep rebooting into recovery then going back to sharkieRom. So now its in a boot loop with the sharkie rom. This was happening when I flashed other roms but the only difference is I could not see the name of the rom after the HTC quality brilliant. It looks like my phone is rebooting into recovery but then switching right to sharkieRom then going back into recovery etc...

so you can't even get to recovery? how about the bootloader?
 
yes I am in their now becuase I have to power +down I have another one I am going to try right now Viper4g_OTA_3.1.6-3.1.7. If does seem like I was able to get a little further with sharkieRom but the phone would not stay on.
 
I was able to use the stock Rom you sent. I do have another question how can I get WiFi I tried to use treve mod but all of the setting I used didn't work. I watched YouTube about downloading the apk in file explorer then opening it. But every time I try different settings they do not work
 
Yes I did get Twrp you have helped me so much. Now I have I'm on to my next task which is trying to get WiFi. I backed up my current rom. But I was also curious is this the only Rom that works on my phone. On goo manger I find a list of Roms that will work with my phone.
 
Is there anyway of keeping my phone from freezing up is there any updates that will help with that problem. Is there away to clock the speed or anything? I don't know
 
The only way to make everything work is to get s-off and update your firmware.....but you need s-off though.

Once you update firmware then you can flash anything without having to worry about what rom will work for you or not.
 
I am tring to run the cmd and it keeps stoping at waiting for adb device. Adb connection keeps failing. I know I have the device on my pc
