Root Sd card question

Anyone know of a way to read a normal sized sd card with the EVO? Is it possible to get some kind of cable to hook to a card reader ie. Charging cable to double female usb and then connect card reader to that? Any thoughts would be great....

No problems just trying to swap pictures from a trailcam that uses a regular sd card to my phone would save alot of time and would not have to take laptop or swap out cards everytime... Just a thought..

Not compatible any other suggestions, that looks pretty sweet by the way...

sorry that is the only real solution that i know of. the easiest is really through the use of a computer or even use the computer and dropbox which is amazing by the way. i love dropbox.

I agree with ocn dropbox would be your best bet.

For the original question If there is a micro-usb male to usb-female cable you could get a card reader put the normal size sd card in that and see if it would work but I'm doubtful. Phones are really not setup for "External Drives"

If you plug the phone and camera in to the same computer at the same time cant you just drag from camera straight to the phone?

Hmm I wonder if there is a sugestion place for apps. This would be another good app that could read other devices storage.

This may not be the best solution to your problem but what if instead of a regular sized SD CARD you got a Micro SD Card Adapter took the sd card out of your phone placed it in adapter then put it in camera take pictures when done put it back into phone?

Thought about that... Just not to sure about taking my phone apart so many times..

If the hardware exists, its only a matter of time 'til someone writes the software.
