[SGS3-R530M] Metropolis Rom [4.3 Touchwiz]

After flashing this (for the first time, not upgrading versions ) I get "unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped." As soon as I boot up. I used version 1.05 in the OP. what could be wrong ?

It needs a base to work from. Go back & flash 1.0.0 or 1.0.3, then 1.0.5 & you'll be good to go

Btw is MHL Mirroring functioning well on this ROM?? I remember Shabby mentioning something about it being a problem with 4.1.2... But I wasn't too sure if he was referring to A.O.S.P Based ROMs only...
 
i flashed 100 then 105 metropolis rom im noticeing now ever since the bottom of my phone is getting hot anyone help me shed some light on this

are you keeping track of these based on versions? last i knew the gallery flickering was on 4.1.1 havent heard anything about it since.

also whats wrong with your post? it looks almost like this was your first time ever using bbcode :P

eh fix permissions on recovery should fix one or two things on that list also have not experienced lags of any sort dunno if the rest of ya in here can confirm this along with me. also swype works for me. screen flickering on stock??? never knew that prob existed. my point in all this if your the only experiencing all these probs sometimes instead of expecting an update fix its better to troubleshoot it since your the only one experiencing most of these probs. although only 1 issue on your list ive encountered and thats the long mms text messages wont send sometimes. but pictures and audio sends perfectly.
 
Gotta remember all phone's are different in different ways some might experience problems more than others, me personally know that there isn't that many bugs that was posted above..shabby know's better.....Lol ;)
 
thats a lot of bugs. The only bug I have is the keyboard, acts a little funny but i'll try fixing permissions to see if that works. As for the flickering, I think that happens if you flash the Notes camera, at least from what i've noticed.
 
swype should be working fine, he is talking about the actual samsung keyboard :) i use swiftkey flow and couldnt imagine using anything else.

i never send texts that long (im ok with hitting send and sending a second one :P ) so i never bothe rto look and see if it works or even how to go about fixing it, im gunna be uploading 1.0.6 here shortly it features some cool stuff from arocker so make sure you give him some love. and i believe i finally fixed my install script to do as i wanted :D.

lol ha it is the first time i do this and these are some bugs im having but yea i still have screen flickering =/ nd ive seen lately with some other people =p

:/ well thats no good i really hope they release a user build soon as these engineering builds are decent enough but far from perfect :(

yea i love the samsung keyboard its awesome thts why i put it down as a bug lol=p
