I do like that except for - and this will sound wierd - the shade of green of the clock hands and the messaging, phone and notification bar icons. Can't stand that shade. So I'll change them if I install that.

That is because I am running stock gingerbread. The launcher doesn't do that. If you installed that launcher, it would keep your current notification bar and your icons.

It's a mod of BobClockD3 that I got over at XDA, but can't find right now, I'm afraid. However, the unmodded clock still looks amazing.

Yeah, it's available on the Android Market, but the mod where the minute timer is smaller and to the right was something I found on XDA, but I can't find the link to the download again, annoyingly.

I did have quite a nice custom homescreen a while ago using ADW launcher but I found the launcher flaky so went back to Sense... these screens are making me twitch and want to install a new launcher again.

Make your clock widget does it, there's a 2x2 widget like bobclock which you can then tweak with the editor, as seen in my last post You can just remove the date from it that way, much easier than reskinning the actual clock.

Do you have to be rooted to use the custom themes? Cause unrEVOked can't root my desire yet.

The Make your own clock is good, but a learning/tweaking curve to get right. I'll have a better play tomorrow. The text is too small and wrongly placed right now, but you can remove the date.

Status bar seems to have sneaked in the shot probably due to me having too much fun vigorously shaking my phone to take the pic
Normally it's hidden and I get notifications by swiping the apps icon.
