Haven't posted in here for a while. I've got through a couple of different setup since, but here's my current one. Only 2 screens, one with just a calendar, 2 docks and wave launcher. That helps me get to everything i need/want, with a minimal, clutter-free look.

Home Screen:
(Extended Controls, BobD3Clock, Circle Battery Widget, Go Launcher)

Second Dock:
(App Organiser folders on press, apps on swipe)

I use a Desire Z now as my primary phone, so that's what those screenshots are from, I use the trackpad to unlock. I have a bunch of sliders and that, but I like the minimalist look, as you can probably tell. :)

Glad you guys like it.

my new home scree...its still the same widget/icon/dock layout as before but now with a NON scrolling SINGLE wallpaper pane (thanks to multilivewallpaper...see sig)

and this wallpaper is just AWESOME....its the original HTC Desire wallpaper ripped out of an original FROYO ROM then had the colours swapped and a custom dock embedded into the picture with Andy eating it...all done by EyeBeam over in the "Also Willing To Make Wallpapers" thread..

oh these are FUN....seriously...similar the one a couple posts up but now finished I'd say thanks to Eyebeam..

Main homescreen with Andy eating a embedded dock with custom altered Lekky Icons and another Andy popping out from under the clock..

Just Andy eating the dock..and my agenda widget

Same thing but normal calendar widget on another screen
snap20110504_023154.jpg

Right, first go at this...

I'm looking to change my app icons on the screen, can anyone recommend an app to do this easily?

Just been wondering who the hell Andy was till I realised

Deanshep, I love Andy and thanks for the link to some fantastic screenshots. Please can you tell me what your dock is eg Texts, Gmail, Dialer as it looks great!

well the dock icons are "aSmoothStar[Full Pack] By Lekky" got them off XDA in the BIG icons pack thread they have over there...

I downloaded the full pack which comes with many colours so I just mixed and matched...

the dock itself is actually NOT a dock...its actually part of the wallpaper itself. Eyebeam custom did that for me....same with the second Andy under the clock...they are ALL static parts of the wallpaper...

I do have a new version now which has Andy swinging like a monkey :D and again....he AND the background of the clock are embedded into the wallpaper..

First attempt at a lockscreen. I was wondering if anyone can recommend an analogue clock that would go well with this?
