Okay, I've checked my settings and I only have a "Default" theme for the LP Pro widgets. I'll check on the LP forum, but if anyone knows why there is no transparent option, then I'd be grateful to find out.

Just get a dropbox account, get the app,and just share your screen shots with dropbox and it will upload to you dropbox online, then go on the pc onto dropbox and right click the pic then go to dropbox in the menu and select something link. Then when your on AF and in a reply box select insert image and paste the link you created. Very very simple and easy to post.

well been a lil while...and A LOT has happened to my desktop...I'm no longer running GO Launcher with Sense theme...I've now moved onto Launcher 7...and wow, its pretty good..
here's my set up..
this is the top most part of the 'scroll screen homepage' with typical phone, message, mail links...but also animated windows phone 7 like tile for my phonebook as well as animated tile for games as well....the weather tile is just a shortcut to GO Weather which im trying out right now..
obviously, links to google+ and facebook, as well as google maps and colour note and music player (in this case poweramp)...but also an animated 2x1 tile for calendar as well which is pretty boring when nothing happens of course but shows more when it is an important time lol
obviously the links themselves here are pretty self explanatory..except that the gallery 2x1 tile is completely my creation...I used my own photos (including the nature and landscape shots) from my collection and put them in film frames and just stacked them on a sepia back drop just to give nice effect...I'm quite proud of that, especially considering some of my earlier attempts at windows like titles MANY months (and pages in this thread as well) back lol
this is the screen to the right and is just a drawer like screen set out in single column mode and it only shows what I either *DONT* have as tiles or what I haven't hidden (aka system apps I can't delete)
oh! and the wallpaper (if anyone asks lol) is part of GO Weather and its 'live wallpaper/weather' extra...I like it instead of a 'live' widget...mainly because the widgets can't re-size with launcher 7 too well right now currently...

Its early days yet but got a good feeling about this one. Anyone know where i can get a carbon fibre looking dock from? Half of my 4 screens are blank at the moment after I decided to start over. My most used apps are on my dock; all of which have been doubled up with a swipe action. for example touch globe for browser, swipe for google maps, touch sms icon for camera (because its smiling), swipe for text, and touch for contacts, swipe for facebook....do you see the pattern? Did it this way to stop nosey people/noobs touching and messing with everything going through my phone. to get app drawer... swipe phone icon (a thief wouldn't know where to start with my phone lol. Have a look at Custom Launcher Icons in the Market, they have docks with carbon type effect...
You could try Most Recent Docks | LauncherPro Icons for your docks. It does say Launcher pro but presumably they would work with any launcher.

actually thats what I was gonna suggest this morning, but didn't have enough time to find the link and post lol
and the backgrounds should work with nay launcher that allows custom dock backgrounds as they should all be a standard size.
failing that, you can just create your own in paint shop pro or photo shop, you just need to know the size.

like your lockscreen... which one is it? Are you still able to use pattern or number security lock with this? have tried a few in the past but the weren'y secure enough.

I can't say for sure, but it looks like the poster is using 'Widget Locker' found on the market which is a paid for custom lockscreen app.
It looks like they are using a custom skin for it, most likely found over at XDA, can't remember the name of it though off the top of my head.
And yes you can still use pattern/number security, on some phones though adding this on top of widget locker can 'sometimes' be a little problematic, least I found it was sometimes. It would occasionaly show the original lockscreen from the phone, or the home screen, or have a second lockscreen or just not work fast enough....but I stress this was sometimes and doesn't seem to happen to everyone though.

Can anyone explain how to make get minimalist text app to display different colours? Well, specifically, I have a line on my home screen showing the days of the week, but I want the current day of the week a different colour eg.

Current day is "Accented". So change Accented Text to red and it should show the current day as red.
