The background was one I found Googling 'dark wood's. Was one of the first results on image search.
Yep using launcherPro, to change the icon long press on the one you want to change and a menu option pops up. Here you can change the target programme and then the icon (either standard, launcherPro, or custom) or you could just change the icon.

I do not know what happens with the live wallpaper in the screenshots, the wallpaper does not have the color bleeding.
It is pretty standard so I guess most apps are known, but after a few months of trying all kinds of home replacement, I keep going back to sense and live wallpapers because of force closure or lag issues.
I like to keep each screen to a specific use, here:
-03: Weather and flashy apps
-02: Calendar
-01: System tools
00: Main screen (primary apps and switchable settings)
+01: Social tools
+02: Multimedia
+03: Multimedia cont.
I have recently removed a lot of apps where it seemed that using the mobile web pages was just as useful (for example yellow pages).
Yes I may be overthinking it a little bit ^^;

I've just got 3d watchdog, but how do i get it to show usage all the time without going into the programe?

You sure it's installed correctly? It's 3G not 3D, and should be right at the top if it's labelled as 3G Watchdog. If not, look through the list and check for any other names it could go under.

Turn the dock off and use a row of icons maybe? Kinda defies the point of a dock so I doubt it's possible.
