Hello all - Been addicted to this thread for a good couple of weeks now - so many good ideas + styles.
Been tinkering constantly (annoying the mrs no-end) but am finally satisfied (for time being!) and decided to post (I'm pc/tech literate but a complete newb to forums so bear with)
I'll try and post as comprehensive details as poss as i doubt ill be very snappy with replies etc

Battery - Battstatt - market
Icons (right+1) - minimum icons - market (added by Folderorganizer)
Buzzbox news - market (right+2)
BFBC2 widget (Don't laugh :))
Weather widget - Snowstorm w/ 'milky' skin
Switchpro
Memory manager (left +3 bottom left)- market
3G watchdog " " right " "


Almost forgot wallpaper - Gotta acknowledge weirdNumber (post778 page 16) as A LOT of inspiration was taken from his screens. my wallpaper is from same guy - see Flickr: Midnight-digital's Photostream (lots of very cool pics if u dig the style)

The weather animations (clouds parting on screen etc) from widget locker look pretty cool on top of wallpaper - it almost matches!

Edit: btw i'm not rooted

regarding widget locker, does it need to be running the whole time for it to work? i've tried killing the app and my lock screen returned to the default one..

hey thanks for the homescreen ideas.. i had a few doubts though.. the 'icons clean', how do i put it on my phone.. i have an unlocked desire..

Download zip file to pc, unzip (7zip's free and reliable), browse folder for icons u desire (:D), copy to DCIM folder on SD card (where your camera pics are stored), add to homescreens using folderorganizer (there are guides to this on this thread methinks) OR if u want them for dock icons on Launcherpro - long press the spot where u want them on dock, 'change icon' , 'custom icon' and they should be there.

Which weather app are you using? Got widget locker but not got build in weather (from what I can see :) ) Is it beautiful widgets??

There's an option in widget locker - settings > look and feel>htc weather animations.
I'm not 100% on this but u MIGHT have to have a htc weather widget running in sense (even if you're using launcher pro), i think this is where widget locker 'gets' the animations from. could be wrong tho.

I'd like to add something to my left hand screen, not sure what yet though.

I'm tempted to add a 4th "Media" screen with shortcuts to movies and albums, maybe with a Gallery widget, I'm not certain yet - ideas are welcome!

how do you get the Nexus one lock screen on a htc desire

Hi how do you get the lockscreen to be like this? I mean the time in words and the battery charge level in words too?

Tried to look for it in lockbot but could not find it. Thanks!
