Okay I've trawled through this thread, and the XDA Forums, and I cant for the life of my find this Font Changing Mod. So I've uploaded the files to my Dropbox. I wish I could give credit to the developer of it, but like I said, I cant find it anywhere.

First of all download these three files.

If you want to add any of your own, just copy them to "root/data/local/fonts", then refresh the font changer app. The new fonts should show. You'll also need to be aware you can ONLY use fonts that have both the standard, and bold typeface, and are named alike.

If you want to remove the mod, just flash the "fontchanger_remove_defaultsense_v1.1.zip" file.

If the ORIGINAL developer sees this post in here. PLEASE feel free to post a reply taking the credit for it. It's a fantastic Mod. I just wish I could find the original post to link too.

Ok I'm really sorry if this has already been asked but I couldn't find the answer to this anywhere. How did you manage to get the really cool font on all your widgets etc? I already have LauncherPro Plus & Beautiful Widgets if that helps.

I think you need a custom ROM in order to change the system font that most widgets use. Some widgets/apps have custom fonts that can be changed at any time, but the system font needs rooting.

I'm sure someone will shout if I'm wrong! ;)

I'm sure you only need Better Cut.

Desktop Visualizer v1.0.4 Application for Android | Tools

To use custom Icons. If you want all your apps held in custom folders with custom icons, you'll need either: -

Apps Organizer

Apps Organizer v1.5.10: Portuguese t Application for Android | Tools

Or Folder Organizer

FolderOrganizer v2.6 Application for Android | Tools

At least those are the ones I use.

You can also change the icons in the dock bars through LauncherPro

Im just using Font changer which you can find linked in this thread, but as Eris Ed has stated below, you need to have a rooted phone with a custom recovery installed......

I think he meant my font..... not icons, i may be wrong?
 
I've posted this on the LauncherPro forums, but I REALLY don't like the way that place is moderated, or the responses you tend to get there.

As you can see from my layout on the previous page, I've got a full buuf thing going on with my Desire, however the Home icon in the app drawer is still the standard LP one.

Is there a way to change this icon as well? Checked through all the settings, and I cant find it anywhere.

Wow i am amazed how much you can customise the Desire. I see phones completely changed..How to unlock how to access the phone, different backgrounds etc etc

Could someone please explain to me exactly how everyone does all this? i would really like to change the way i swipe to unlock and all the nifty things you can do..I am still stuck with my boring Desire homescreens atm :(.

man, i am really struggling to understand how to change the icon look. so if i downloaded launcherpro or bettercut or whatever, i can change the "picture" the icon uses... but it doesn't work when using htc sense ui???? is that correct or no? so if your running launcherpro can you still use the htc widgets? so confused...
