Sim and sd card cover!

I have found the common prob of the cover lifting in the centre but mine also does not fit flush at the side of the phone. One side is fine but the other juts out enough to catch on my hand and i am unable to fit it flush. Has anyone else had this prob? Is it a defect that requires a phone swap as only upgraded yesterday.

Mine is flushed in the middle, but I don't mind.... i got a mate who has done it, but he bend the plastic to achieve it. And he got a smear on it so I dare not so it

I had that when I was reviewing my phone...You ain't put it in probably right perhaps?

Bent my sim cover the very first time i tried to remove it. Contacted HTC and was told no problem and sent a link to the store where i could "buy" a replacement. Told them that was not on as it was obviously a manufacturing defect due to the amount of coverage the problem was getting on various forums, 1 week later brand new sim cover arrives, with............. wait for it a brand new battery cover also.
