Did the update cause any changes to the framework-res.apk and the systemUI.apk? I ask for theming purposes.![]()
Its not ics... we the warp devs had made this 1000 times better than whatever the b10 rom does... hmmm... I fail to see the point of updating...![]()
I turned notifacations off by going to system/etc/system then renaming "otacerts.zip" to "otacerts.zip.bak"
Yes, they are among the list of things which got patched.
I just deleted the update from the cache manually.I read that after you do that, you should clear the cache partition and dalvik cache.
how do you do that exactly?I just deleted the update from the cache manually.
It seems like the general consensus is that this update is either bad or pointless. And because the update patches the framework-res.apk and systemUI.apk, I don't think I'm going to update Warped Sandwich to be compatible with it, even if MrBobo incorporates it in the next version of n00b.
... Unless I get really bored.

ok I deleted N860_b08c_to_b10gota but what other cache do I need to clear? and ty for the helpUse a root-able file browser to navigate to /cache/ then find the update (it will end with N860_b08c_to_b10gota) and delete it.
Today I'm working on an update flashable which will upgrade to B10G, and clear the cache in case the update was already downloaded automatically.
